4. OC's should be for ages 13-17.
5. If someone doesn't respond after half an hour - tag then once. After that proceed to Taft them after every hour has gone by until they finally reply.
6. Unless you know that they aren't on. Or it's the middle of the night, that's just rude and it won't be tolerated.
