Hey guys, this is the first imagine. This is my own, so hope you all are satisfied with it.

Barry and Julian were walking down the dark streets to a nearby bar for their date. Since they recently had gotten off of work after a very stressful day, they were entitled to a few swigs of alcohol. Now, Barry and Julian have been together for about three months now, and so far it has been wonderful for them. They started their relationship the night Julian almost shot a kid for creating a virtual monster roaming the streets. Barry and Julian went out for a drink; one thing led to another they started dating. Now, they still maintain their banter, but now it is in a more friendly and flirtatious way.

Anyway, back to the present time. Barry and Julian walked down the streets hand-in-hand and laughed at some jokes that left their mouths. Finally, they entered the bar and sat down at two bar-stools. Once seated, Julian ordered some shots of vodka.

Barry sighed. "The one day where I want to get drunk..." He grabbed a shot and downed it before slamming it on the table. Julian chuckled at the action. "Well, that's an unfortunate downside to being the Flash." He stated before downing a shot of his own. Barry just nodded with a grumble before taking another shot.

Now, Julian has known Barry was the Flash after Barry saves him from Killer Frost that took over Caitlin. By then they were well into their relationship. At first, when Julian confronted him about being the Flash at the hospital, Barry denied it. Then he confirmed it when he saw that Julian would not leave him alone until he told the truth. After that point, Julian has been helping out with Flash stuff and their relationship has only grown even stronger.

Julian reached over and held Barry's hand, making Barry smile a little. Barry leaned over and nuzzled his way into Julian's arms. Julian took this as a sign to pull him closer. This was now a normality for them. Whenever Barry was having a tough day, which was nearly every day now thanks to Savitar, he would snuggle underneath Julian's arm in a need of comfort. Julian never minded. He likes having Barry safe in his arms. It makes him feel like Barry's protector from all the stress from CSI work and Flash work.

Barry nuzzled against Julian's flannel shirt; listening to his heartbeat. He then leaned up and pulled Julian into a deep kiss. Julian smiled slyly as he kissed back with no objections.

---2 hours later---

*Barry's POV:*

Julian and I have been at the bar for two hours. So far we are enjoying ourselves. We moved from the bar to a table in the back of the bar to discuss Flash business. Right now I was on his lap, gripping his shirt collar as we made out. We have been making out for a good three minutes and finally managed to pull away for air. I nuzzled my head into his neck and breathed in his cologne.

"Love you, Julian," I whispered, getting a soft chuckle in response. "Love you too, Allen." We stayed like this for five minutes before Julian started to shift. "Sorry love, I need to go to the restroom." I made a small pout before getting off his lap. He kissed my head before walking to the destination he said.

I sighed as I sat back in his chair and grabbed another shot. As I downed it; I felt a hand grab my shoulder. I jumped, causing the drink to spill, before turning around. A guy stood there with a wanting look in his eye. Obviously, he was drunk, so I quickly stood up.

"Uh, can I help you?" I asked while trying to get out of his grip. "I think it's can I help you? What's a pretty thing like you doin' here all alone?" He leaned in so close I drowned in his alcohol breath. This forced me to take a few steps back.

"I'm here with my boyfriend, jackass." I snapped at him. I wish I could use speed right now.

The guy just chuckled. "Well, I don't see him anywhere. He musta ditched ya. Now..." He gripped my hips tightly and slammed me against the wall, knocking the wind out of me.

"...Why don't we go out to a motel and let me show ya how to have a real good time?"

"HEY!!" Before the guy could make another move, a fist punched him in the face. I gasped and looked at the man behind the fist. It appeared to be Julian, who looked extremely pissed. The guy staggered up from the floor with the same expression. "Who the hell are you?" The guy asked.

Julian replied, "Someone who does not enjoy seeing a drunk jackass hitting on my boyfriend! Now I suggest you leave before you get more than a black eye." The guy was about to reply back when Julian pulled me into a deep kiss. I kissed back with my arms snaked around his neck while his arms possessively wrapped around my waist.

After kissing for about two minutes, we pulled away to see the guy was far gone. I rested my forehead against his and shook my head. "You didn't have to do that. I had it handled." Julian scoffed. "Yeah, because getting pinned hard against a wall by a drunk guy trying to get laid is 'having it handled.' I'm sorry Allen, but sometimes you need to let others save you." I gave a defeated nod while burying my head in his neck again.

"Besides, no one hurts my boyfriend and gets away with it." I giggled. "Who knew you were the protective type." I teased. Julian rolled his eyes. "Well don't get used to it." To anyone else he would have sounded harsh, but I can see the joke in his small smile. I laughed and kissed his cheek. "Now, can we get out of here please?"

Julian closed his tab and paid before leading me out of the bar. Once we stepped onto the streets I started walking, only to be stopped by my boyfriend. "What are you doing?" I asked when he started inspecting me. "What does it look like? I am checking for any injuries made by that drunk."

"He didn't hurt me, just startled me." I lied, but it didn't fly once I winced when his hands gently touched my hips. He lifted up my shirt to see bruises in the shape of hands plastered on my skin. Julian sighed sadly, but there was a tiny hint of anger between the lines.

"Hey, relax. It's only a few bruises that will heal up in a few minutes." I tried to assure, but he huffed while looking up at me. "It doesn't matter if you heal fast Allen. What matters is the fact that those bruises are there in the first place." I hugged him tightly and nuzzled against his heart. "Julian, I know you are blaming yourself and you need to stop it. You saved me from a drunk guy who was trying to rape me. Even though the guy gave me bruises, we both know he would have done worse if you hadn't stepped it. I think that deserves some praise."

Julian chuckled. "You are very persuasive Barry." He gave me a gentle kiss. "You are very protective Julian," I replied as we walked down the street hand in hand.
