Finally Bella slightly can tell reality from fantasy, it's still early morning when she gets up and slowly stumbles to where they keep water. Bella took a drink and then felt a vile taste in her mouth and vomiting. She became horrified when she saw it was nothing but blood by now between what she's been coughing, vomiting, and bleeding from the wound her blood pressure and levels were dangerously low. Bella could no longer stand and fell, she tried to crawl but was to tired to continue. Bella then started a coughing fit waking up the boys. Dick ran over and picked her up and laid her back down. All of the boys were worried she was a white as a ghost with the strength of a leaf. Tim went to working on the locators. A few hours went by. "Guys I did it I got the locators to work!" Suddenly Bella started coughing again then started gasping. "Bella what's wrong!" "I can't breathe!" Tim looked closer at her stab wound there was a piece that must have still been stuck and it pierced her lung. That's why she couldn't breathe blood was filling her lung. Bella started to close her eyes Dick holding her in his arms as her gasps got shorter and shorter. Then they heard a helicopters overhead, Madagascar military jumped out along with doctors. They ran to Bella and yanked her from Dicks arms, he tried to follow but they had him and the rest of the boys onto another chopper. All of them are brought to a hospital, as they get there they see Bella being gurneyed down the hallway with a doctor doing cpr on her. They try to follow her into her room but a nurse said that they have to stay outside. Dick relized what was happing as a doctor started charging a defibrillator, when they were on the beach Bella was going into shock. Bella was currently in cardiac arrest, he could here the doctor in the other room "clear!" Bella was shocked and moved but made no change the doctor did it again and again finally the last time she came back but very weak. All of the boys were relived when they were checked over Damian had a sprained angle, Jason had a concussion and a fractured rib, Tim had a sprained nose and broken finger, and Dick had a concussion fractured rib, and a sprained wrist. Bruce was hysterics when he saw them, he ran and gave them a "bat-hug". Then the doctor came to explain how Bella was doing, he explained that she had a major concussion, severe blood loss and extreme infection. She went into cardiac arrest twice and stop breathing once but is now stable and awake and asking to see us. Everyone went to see Bella, Bruce was extremely happy that everyone was okay. After awhile Bella asked if she could talk to Dick alone. Everyone said goodbye and left the room  except Dick, "Bella I'm so sorry" Bella then said "Just shut up and kiss me!" Bella pulls Dicks shirt so they lip lock and Kiss. When they break off Dick says "Don't scare me like that ever again!" Bella replied "Hey its fine to be lost once and a while!" They laugh
