'Things aren't always as they seem, but they are sure damn close.'

"Stop touching me there!" I shout as he throws his hands in surrender.

"I was only trying to be nice." I pouts.

"Nice?! You think touching people inappropriately is nice?! Wow you are such a pervert." He gives me a smirk, and winks. I roll my eyes in annoyance.

"You know you like me, you know you love me, and want to be my girl, woah, woah" He sings out loud.

"Stop being an idiot, and leave me alone." I shove him away.

"Nope. I told you I was not gonna leave you ever again." He grabs around my waist.

"But I don't even know who you are?" I try to escape.

"Yes you do we go to school together, and now we're-"

"Nothing." I cut him off. "Now get off of me before I kick your a**!" I snap at him. He laughs as we continue walking towards school. I look around to make sure the coast was clear, so if he kept following me I would just knock him to the ground and take off. "Look here a**hole I don't need you to be creeping me out. I have to study for tomorrow, so why don't you piss off." I turn around and take a step forward before I could figure out what was going on I trip over something. I waited for impact, and felt something soft. I look up to see Ryan's face close to mine. We both here a whiney voice coming from where I was tripped.

"Oops sorry Fran, my bad." She says innocently. "I didn't see you coming." Ryan stands up, and with his back turned Madison the bitch gives me and sinister grin.

"Here." I turn my focus towards Ryan. He gives me a soft smile while he extends his hand out to me. I grab it without hesitation, and he hoists me up.

"Are you alright, Fran, I didn't see you walking." I growl at her.

"Anna. She didn't mean it." Ryan says as he picks up my bag. 'I can't believe it! is he really falling for that?' I look towards Madison who is still giving me the evil eye. I growl again at her.

"Whatever." Was all I say before I turn heel, and walk the opposite way. I could feel my anger burning through my body. I felt a small pressure on my shoulder.

  "Anna-"

"Why did you protect her? You saw she was acting stupid. How could you do something, like believing things that aren't true? You are such an idiot-" I'm suddenly cut off by Ryan's lips pressed against mine. 'I don't have a clue about anything.' He pulls away, and glances over to his right.

"Okay she saw, and now she's glaring. Maybe we should go." My legs wouldn't work. All I could feel was numb. "Hey are you okay?" I felt my heart drop, and I could suddenly feel tears sliding down the sides of my face. I place my arm over my face, and took off towards the nearest restroom. As soon as I open the door I lock myself in the last stall. 'I don't get it. Why am I crying?'

"He was only doing it to get Madison off my back, I know that, but why does it hurt..so much?" I try to stop them from falling, but every time I thought about it it would fall even harder. 'Why did everything have to be for the next reason?' After a few minutes I hear the door open, and doors closing.

"Um...Anna? Ryan told me to come check on you." I wipe my face, and cover up the fact I was hurt, and confused. I slowly open the door and peek out.

"Is he out there?" She nods her head. "Well then tell him to leave me alone. All he's done is cause me nothing but trouble. And mess with my emotions. And...and mix up my feelings because I don't know why I feel this way." I could tell he was listening because the door was opened just a crack. "I don't get why you do things without thinking about how someone feels even if it's for a dumb reason like Madison. When you do something like that its suppose to be special especially for someone who's never done it before. Its not fair because it meant nothing in the first place." I could feel warm tears sliding down again. I force out a laugh. "I know you can hear me, idiot. You might as well come in since there's no one else in here." I hear the door creaking open and the girl takes her leave as Ryan takes her place.
