A beast at heart

Strange room

Waking up in a strange place is never fun. You would know, considering how many time you would wake on a different ship or in another town while on your journey to your new home. But that was years ago and the room you were in was way different than any storage room you ever woke up in. Looking around the room looks to be made of metal. You shiver as the warmth of the blanket leaves you. A loud creaking of door hinges alerts you. Looking to your left you see the door open and Law steps in side. He's carrying a tray of food with him. He give you a slight smile when he makes eye contact with you.
"Good your awake." He sets the tray of food on your lap and pulls up a chair next to you.
"Eat. I doubt you've had a decent meal in years." You're some what offended, I mean yeah you might have been living on a deserted island, but hey you could at least a make decent meal for your self, sheesh rude much. Anyways you eat the food anyway. Once finished Law takes the tray away from you and goes to leave.
"Why am I here?" You ask before he reaches the door. Turning around he stares at you before answering.
"I wanted you on crew and I wanted to help you." With that he left.
"Help me?" You had no idea why he wanted to 'help' you or want you to be a part of his crew. There was no 'helping' a monster, and there was no place for one either. So with that thought you got out of bed and made your way to the door. You knew you had to get out of here before night fall. Before you hurt someone. Or worse kill them.
