A beast at heart

New begining

Sixteen years have gone by, you are now twenty five. Ever sense that horrible night you've lived alone.
~FLASH BACK~
A few days after what happens marines had shown up. The were mortified at the gruesome sight before them. It didn't take long for them to find you. They asked all sorts of questions but you only being nine years old and having no memory of what had happened, other than a few bits and pieces, took you away from from your home island. The Admiral of the ship thought they he was going to take you back to their base to raise you like some other children in the past. But what they didn't count on was the fact that as soon as you set foot on the island you ran. You didn't know where you were going you just went. They Reyes to look for you in the town that the base was stationed by but they had no luck. You hid on the streets stealing food to stay alive. After three days you found a supply ship and snuck aboard. You road that ship until the next island, stealing food when needed and using the bathroom at night, as not to be seen. Once at the next island you did the same thing, stayed for a few days until a new supply ship came in and snuck aboard until the next island. You repeated this process all the way to Sabaody. Not once getting caught. This might be because during your stowaway time you learned how to control your devil fruit power. Only learning of it after over hearing some of the crew members talk some of the well none pirates with devil fruits. Learning to use your power proved difficult, not really knowing what to do or how to do it, but after weeks of practice and almost getting caught you some what mastered it. Only slightly though. You figured out that your power was being able to turn into, talk to and communicate with, and use abilities and attribute of different animals. Once making it past the red line you disembarked on another ship this time disguised as a common rat as to lessen your chances of getting caught. You sailed off to the great unknown that was the new world. Staying a rat in the day and shifting back at night kept you safe until a storm hit in the middle of the night not knowing what to do you jumped into an empty barrel closing the lid tight and preparing for the worst. You were quite luck you did this because not to long after you had made your way into the barrel did the ship take damage from rocks and start to sink. A huge whole broke out in the cargo area in which you stayed. All of the barrels and creates that carried goods, food, and other supplies where swept out and into the unforgiving sea. The next morning you awoke to find your self and most of the supplies had washed ashore on a seemingly deserted island. You looked around in amazement. You then decided this was going to be your new home. You can learn to control your powers here without the fear of hurting someone, train to become stronger so that you can learn to live you out the agonizing gilt of what you had done, okay maybe not that one, but you can be away from people so that you can't hurt anyone ever again. Here you can protect everyone from yourself from the beast in your heart.
