ZAYN MALIK TRAVELS TO NEW YORK LOOKING FOR CONFORT IN HARRY STYLES' GIRL

Did Zayn Malik just steal Harry Styles' girl? Well, it just might seem that Gabrielle Bonnet is a Girl Almighty. As it happens, this Harry's and Gabrielle's 18-year old friendship might just be threatened by Malik's presence.

A close source informs E! News online exclusively that Zayn left her fiancée, Perrie Edwards, in London on Monday morning to fly to Hadley, New York, where Bonnet lives. Malik, who went through a Twitter feud with ex-bandmate Louis Tomlinson last week, is seeking for help in Gabrielle. "He knows that she will always be there for him. He definitely wants to make things right, he doesn't like where he left things at with Louis, so he went for Gabrielle. She is looking after him. They both care deeply about each other."

Just hours after departing from London, Malik posted a picture on Instagram of Hadley's landscapes, in which he tagged Gabrielle. "Zayn called me to tell me they'd had the most amazing day. They went hiking on the woods. Even though none of them is really athletic, they were happy together". Even though this post caused a bit of a controversy in the fans, they ended up accepting and even supporting their relationship. Moreover, Directioners created a worldwide trend on Twitter: #WhoIsPerrie . The Little Mix star has yet to make a statement about it.

Moreover, just a day after publishing said picture, Malik threw another bomb: a video. As it is well-aware for Directioners these days, Zayn quit One Direction just some months ago to "get off the spotlight". However, as it may seem now, he is collaborating with musician Naughty Boy for a "new style" in music. Even though this seemed a little foggy for the fans, as his departure for the world-famous band was very abrupt, Zayn just cleared everything up yesterday in a video that he allegedly did with the help of Gabrielle. Said video has ever since been watched more than 400 million times. (Link below)

In his apology, Malik talks about his reasons to leave the band. He explains that his reasons to part ways with One Directions were different than what everyone thought. "I didn't warn anyone, not even myself", he speaks, "I was tired, I was sick and I needed off". However, he insists that his decision has nothing to dow with the fans. "I love you. Everyone that has supported me from day one. I owe you who I am and that's something I'd never be able to repay you".

Nevertheless, in a surprising turn of events, Malik confesses that he was diagnosed with depression. "I battled it with everything that I could. Nonetheless, it left a toll on me. I got strong anxiety every time we had to get on the stage and that anxiety I had to overcome immediately, even though it was extremely hard." In further, he explains that he tried to get over it for the fans, but that it eventually made things worse, being so that he acquired eating disorders. "You are sick, you have no way to control it."

Finally, he arguments that the music of the band wasn't the one he actually loved. "I had to fight against myself (...) and that was the worst part."

Finally, he gave a personal goodbye to each one of his ex-bandmates. "Niall, I ate your chicken that night. I'm so sorry, but it was a very good chicken", "Liam, you are my pal and, well, we've talked about this, but I'm still better at soccer than you.", "Haz, I forgive you. You know what I'm talking about, and I do. I really hope you forgive me about leaving too.", "Louis, I shouldn't have responded you like that. You have been my pal in good and bad times and talking to you like that is not something I am proud of."

These apologies weren't something we expected and, frankly, not something that we understand. What is Zayn apologizing for? What did Harry do? Does it have anything to do with Gabrielle? What does Louis really think about Zayn leaving? Is he really heartbroken or is he actually jealous? Was Niall's chicken that good for Zayn to steal it? Is Liam really worse at soccer than Zayn? Or, the most important part, do they forgive Zayn for leaving One Direction?
