Chapter 2:
I couldn't stop thinking and wondering if I was adopted. I didn't know what to do. I went to school and i kept on asking my friends if i was adopted and Nicole said "I don't know maybe, it's just kinda weird that you look nothing like your parents."
"Ya I agree I look nothing like them it's weird." I said
"Ya and your parents don't have many pictures when you were really young." Amanda states
"Also my parents never really answer why I look different from them, but I am too afraid to actually ask if I am adopted, I guess I am too afraid if its true." I continue "I don't want to be true."
"I think that they would have told you if your adopted right." Savannah asks
"I guess." I say
I Decided after school that I would talk to my mom. I heard she was on the phone so I started walking about but then I listened to the conversation.
Mom: ya she's doing great
Mom: I want her to come visit you but...
I didn't here the rest of the conversation because my mom went into her room. I wonder what that conversation was about and who was talking to her?
After that went down stairs, we had a box with a lock on it, I knew where the key was but for some reason I never checked to see what was In it. I grabbed the lock from the top of the closet and unlocked the lock and opened the door. My jaw dropped when I saw what was inside
