Chapter 3: No Thank You

Just like you said yesterday, you weren't planning to go to school. You were sick and tired of their attitudes, sometimes you just wanted to transfer to another school. But that's not your decision to make.

You're currently sitting on your favorite spot with your real life Teddy Bear. You still had to figure out on how to hide Khalil from your butlers and maids.

You picked out several flowers and made it into a flower crown. Once done, you placed it on the ground next to you. You stared at the setting sun for a moment before standing up.

"We should get going." You said dusting your dress off.

"Why? Can't we just stay here? It's so breezy~" Khalil said while he was still laying on his back.

"I still have matters to think concerning your arrival." You said clapping both your hands and placing them infront of you. "I don't even know what to do if one of my servants see you."

"Just use this situation..." He said opening one eye.

"How exactly?" You asked raising an eyebrow.

"Tell them that you found me on the woods, and I had no other shelter to go to so you decided to help me. Or you could tell them that you wanted to hire me as a new helper" He simply said.

"I guess that could work.... Now, let's head to my manor before dark." you stated walking away.

Once you arrived the double doors, the guards that were guarding the entrance opened it for you. As you enter with Khalil, they eyed him suspiciously, probably thinking that he was a threat.

You walked with Khalil into the kitchen and called out all your other staffs. When they all arrived, you started speaking.

"Everyone! Please settle down! This is Khalil, I've met him in the forest. And since he has no shelter to go to, I allowed him to come with me here, starting tomorrow he'll be working as your fellow staff. That's all, you may go back to your duties." You told them raising your voice a bit.

You walked Khalil out the kitchen and called one of your servants.

"Liam!"

A boy on his early twenties came rushing towards both of you.
"You called, milady?" he bowed.

"Indeed, please fix the bedroom next to mine. That is where our guest will be staying at, and please do make it quick." you smiled, while he rushed towards the said place.

"Hmm~ Why does my princess want me to be close to her room? Is there a certain reason? Perhaps you just wanted to..." Khalil purred into your ear.

It made you blush a little before snapping, "First of all, do not call me with such nicknames. Secondly, I do have to look after you since you came to my house without any warning. For all we know, you maybe a threat to my family name." you stood straight.

"Hmm..... Still don't trust me, Princess? Well I can't blame you can I?" He crossed his arms and pouted like a child.

You ignored his comment and started walking to your room. You could feel Khalil tailing you, but since he had nothing to do, he might as well come with you.

In all honesty you were nervous, but didn't dare to show it. You've never been around with a boy that was your age, most of the boys in your school would either ignore you or flirt with you. So you never really interacted with them.

Once you entered your [favorite color] room. You called for Chris, when she came you told Khalil to wait outside. When he left, Chris changed you in a different attire.
