"Hello can I have a ice coffee with 2 slices of banana bread" the voice was husky and deep as I rang what I'm expecting to be a guy as I look up my heart drops to my stomach
He was one of the most handsome human beings I've ever seen "Y-yes that will be $9.75" I said trying to hide the evident nerves in my tone "name please?" I questioned with a quirked eyebrow

"Nate maloley" his name seemed to roll of his tongue like honey

"NATE YOUR DRINK IS READY!!" Yelling over the busy filled shop , we made eye contact and he didn't break it .. as he walked up to the counter grabbing the drink he not sneaky at all reached and put a piece of paper in my apron pocket.

"Have a nice day -"

"Suits you beautiful"
That day was the day I had the courage to text him and we started hanging out and so on now we have been together for over a year
