It was hot. Their suite in Hotel New York was hot and smelled like a mixture of confusion and worry and fear and tears and thick tension. A denim jacket was thrown over the back of a chair, a glass of water was knocked over, the clear liquid dripping on the carpet below the small table. Harry paced around restlessly, turning a nearly empty vial over and over in his trembling hands.

‘It’s a sedative, Lou,’ he said softly, voice shaking. ‘They sedated her. They sedated her and took her away.’ He ran a hand through his curls and shook his head to make them fall back into place, worry edging his features.

As hitmen Harry and Louis' best friend Katherine Parker get's taken away, they call in the help of Harry's old allie Zayn "The Wolf" Malik, known for his ability to trace anyone and everyone. Zayn is an annoying asshole, fully aware of how good he is at what he does, but helps them anyway. He says his greatness comes from the way he doesn't care, not for outsiders—he only cares about his family and that's who he'll protect. 

He thinks he'll just go back to his old life after he finds the girl, thinks he'll treat it as any other job and can go back to the mansion and beat his record time at assembling a gun, pester Bonnie about her hitgirl upbringing, scare guys away from his younger sister, and just go on with his life. 

He thought wrong.

basically, this story is hitmen!zourry, established relationship!larry and asshole-slash-hitman!zayn. don't worry, he gets nicer (kinda?) as the story furthers. i just want to make sure everyone knows that im planning on making this a slow build story. the main characters (katherine/zayn) don't meet until like chapter 4 or 5. and their relationship builds up slowly. this is not a 'they meet and he's an ass but they know each other 6 days and now they're acting like a married couple oh they break up oh theyre back together oh wait shes in a coma'-fanfic. 

a writer once gave me the advice that "a story isn't just about the main characters and their storyline. the side characters need storylines too, developed, long storylines. because life goes on for them too, life goes on for everyone, and so do their storylines." and that's exactly what happens in this fic. larry will have their own problems, and zayn's siblings (which includes liam in this fic) will come by and say hi and mingle their lives and their storylines into zayn's and katherine's. 

again, its slow build, im not going to rush anything or hurry up because people want more action or anything. the chapters will be around 2K words at first, but as we get further into the story they might be around 3K to 5K (or even more, but dont count on it). 

the story contains everything on the checklist for a ticket to hell, basically; detailed sex scenes, detailed violence (very very very, be warned), mentions and detailed descriptions of physical (sometimes self-)harm, mentions and detailed descriptions of rape, abuse, abusive relationships, strong language, and everything else in the book. i'll only warn for this once, and that's now. the story will be R-rated when those scenes will be published. 

well, thats one hell of a long story, but anyway, enjoy burns and bullets.
