Chapter 27

Recently on Lust for Blood;

"Look, we can fix this!" I looked at him, really looked, but felt nothing "Elliot I lost all trust in you the day you made my child feel so unsafe that she had to slit her wrist, there is no fixing this" He looked down ashamed "I-I'm sorry" I looked ahead of me "I know"

I teleported in front of Lucifer, Luci's eyes widening in fear. Lucifer is a very intimidating large man when you first meet him, but he's a sweetheart "Phoenix" Lucifer said in a warning "Lucifer" I glared at him, not breaking first.

His face broke out in a smile, as he let out a hearty laugh "Welcome back home lil' sis"

Now onto the chapter!

I smiled looking down at Luci, "Luci, this is my brother, Lucifer" I crouched down so I could come to her height "Lucifer this is Luci Angelic Diaboli, your niece" he looked rather amused "I mean, technically I have tons of nieces and nephews" I rolled my eyes standing up, letting go of Luci's hand then back handing him "Respect your elders" I laughed grabbing her hand again.

I felt Luci's eyes on me as she watched me interact with my sibling. I looked down to see her smiling at us. "Wanna say hi?" I asked softly, she nodded "Hi" she shyly.

Lucifer knelt down to get closer to her height, "Hello Luci, I'm Phoenix's younger brother. Nice to finally meet you. I know I'll be your favorite uncle" he winked at her, my heart soaring.

"You have some competition" she said with some sass behind her words. I don't think I've laughed this hard for a long time. His face was genuinely shocked "She IS your child" he looked at me, the shock wearing off and laughter take hold.

Luci laughed softly as well. She was gonna be a perfect woman, well, hopefully not like me, not crazed.

"Lucifer," I said seriously "you know why I'm down here, right?" He started looking through my memories, and started to get agitated "That prick" he roared looking into my head. All the Spirits that were once working stopped, looking at their master. Fear engulfed them as they lowered themselves to one knee, bowing their head in submission.

The Demons had looked over here confused, ignoring the Spirits cries that were still being tortured. Luci looked around us confused, her innocents will be the death of her.

"Lucifer" I warned, hearing the audible gasps of some new Recruits. "No! He deserves my worst punishment!" He roared again, eyes turning to a glowing blood red "Lucifer! You will stop this instant!" I roared, not pushing my Power onto him.

All the new Recruits growled a warning growl at me. Luci clutched onto my hand for dear life "You, newbies, you don't know who I am do you?" I changed conversation, ignoring Lucifers pleading look. I looked back at Lucifer "Let's not forget who's older here... brother" I snarled "You will respect the elder down here" I quietly snarled.

Then he did something the Spirits nor Demons have ever seen -mainly cause I haven't had to use this on him- he kneeled down to me, feeling the weight of my words.

I nodded curtly "Demons! You have a job to do! I suggest you get back on that before you deal with ME" I roared looking at the crowed that clung to the drama.

I looked at Lucifer to see him blushing, my love for him resurfacing, anger gone. I let go of Luci's hand, but kept her by my side cause these Spirits are nasty.

I walked towards Lucifer "L..." I trailed off crouching in front of him. "He doesn't deserve you..." he trailed off, anger dissipated. "I know L, but Selene-" I spat her name out "-felt the need to mess with my life by tying me down. Hell, I haven't fed since I met him" I laughed dryly.

His head shot up, anger in his face "N... you need to eat more often" I sighed "Yes mother" he chuckled feeling the tense atmosphere dissipate. I turned expecting to see Luci there, but when I didn't see her I lost it.

"Where. The. Hell. Did. She. Go" my anger boiling. L looked around, not seeing her "Maybe she went to the castle?" I roared, bloodlust pumping in my veins. "Stop!" I roared out, my Power flowing out in heavy waves "Who has seen a little girl, about 8 years old, blood red hair, emerald green eyes?" Some of the Spirits sniffled, as if trying not to laugh. But there was ONE who dared to laugh.

I stormed up to her, before L could stop me. "You think this is funny?!" I roared in her face. She decided to be stubborn and smirk. I slapped her so hard she fell. I grabbed her hair and pulled her up "You bitch!" She screeched. "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!" I spat in her face "I am the owner of Hell! I OWN your soul! I OWN Hell! I. Own. Your. Life" I snarled baring my teeth. I pushed her painful memories onto her.

She gasped "That's right bitch, I know your history! Now tell me! Where. Is. She?!" I roared, still enraged. I started seeing red.

"Mom?" I heard her voice. I stopped, throwing the worthless whore down. Pivoting towards her voice, to see her in Lucifers arms. I used my demon speed and grabbed her pulling her into my arms "I swear kid, you'll be the death of me" I kissed her forehead. "Where were you?" I set her down, crouching to her height.

"I walked to find this rock, then I came back and you were walking away, so I tugged on Uncle L's pants and he picked me up" I looked at her rock "Sweetheart it's beautiful" I chuckled softly "But you scared me" I hugged her again, realizing just how much she means to me. "I love you mom" my heart fucking soared towards infinity.
