Lily's POV
Ugh, I couldn't handle Adrian!! He was getting on my last nerve!! He was to self centered. I gazed off to the side where I saw Nala and Skyler chatting. They both looked sadder than usual. "Are you even listening?!" Adrian said snapping his fingers in front of my face. "what?!" I said confused. "Ugh, you need to pay attention more if we are going to get married!!" he yelled at me. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GET MARRIED WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE! I just sulked in my chair staring at Skyler. He had the cutest face. Wait, what am I saying?! He is my step brother. I need to get it together! "I have to go now." I told Adrian. "But, I wasn't done yet!" he yelled as I walked out of Starbucks.
I walked for like six seconds when someone tapped me on the sholder. I turned around to see Skyler. "Why did you leave?" He asked. "I can't marry him Skyler! He is to self centered! You know i hate guys like that!" I said trying to defend myself. "Don't worry, your not going to marry him. He is Nala's mate."he said calmly. I sighed in relief. "So when are you going to meet your mate?" I asked happily. "I already did actually..." he said with his face down. "What?! And you didn't tell me!!" I said giving him a friendly shake. "Um, yeah..." He mumbled. "Well, who is it?!" I said stopping and looking him in the eyes. "You wouldn't believe me if i told you." he said smirking. "TELL ME,TELL ME,TELL ME!!" I said jumping up and down. He looked down at me. "It's you" he said and walked in the other direction.
I stood there, prossesing it all. Then when i was finaly done I texted Alice, she would know what to do.

Alice_for_ever: What?!
Lily_rawr: I am Skyler's mate!!!!
Alice_for_ever: Really? your his girl!? How nice!
Lily_rawr: What should I do!?!
Alice_for_ever: accept it,you can't run away from him. Even if you try.

I shut my phone off. I walked home to think about what i was going to say to Skyler,what i was going to say to my mom, and what i was going to say to my dad. Before i turned the knob of the door, Skyler opened it. "hey!" he said with a smile. "Hi! So can we talk about, this." I said motioning to me and him. He grabbed my hand and pulled me to my bed room. "So how are we going to tell mom and dad?" I said while I sat on my bed. "Well, I was hoping we could tell them together." he said reaching for my hand. "When?" "Now!" he said excitingly jumping up. He pulled me by my arm down the stairs and into the living room where our parents were. "Mom, we have something to tell you!" Skyler said excitedly. "Ummm...." I sat there mute.
