GRAPHIC CONTEST 3

TheLadyblog's winter contest will come a bit tricky this time because you only have 9 days to submit your entry.

In spite of what has just been said, we know y'all can pass it in time.

The following contest will have a twist because we want to see how great you can make the graphic.

RULES & FAQ:

1: WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO?

- Create a cover using the following prompts below. Please make sure to follow the requirements and include your own watermark and our badge on the cover.

2: WHAT'S A WATERMARK?

- It's your account name written on the cover. Typically "graphic by [account name]" but any other watermark is acceptable.

3: WHAT BADGE? WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

- The badge can be found in the external link (at the bottom of this chapter, beside "* vote") if you aren't using pc, feel free to directly message us in our inbox.

4: IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY I CAN ACCESS IT?

- If all sources are unavailable, feel free to ask the link to us via PM!

5: HOW DO I SEND IT TO YOU?

- You can either upload it on imgur.com and send us the link via PM with the first sentence as "CHRISTMAS GRAPHIC ENTRY" or send it to us via e-mail at miraculousladybugsquad@gmail.com with the subject as "CHRISTMAS GRAPHIC ENTRY 2016". Don't forget to include your Wattpad username so we'll know who you are!

6: CAN I POST IT ON WATTPAD?

- No. As much as possible, you aren't allowed to post it on a book or on the clubs since it may attract copycats. Besides, we don't really like duplicated works. You can post it afterwards if you don't win, though.

7: WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?

- December 24 (The day before Christmas, 9 days left) 11.00 PM GMT+8. Anything else passed after that will not be accepted.

8: HOW MANY GRAPHICS WILL WE SEND FOR THIS CONTEST?

- Two which are; the cover and its palette.

9: WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE COVER AND ITS PALETTE?

- Cover: 512 x 800 pixels, or anything of that proportion.

- Palette: 700 x 500 pixels, just a rough estimate but y'all can change the proportions tho.

10: IS EVERYONE ALLOWED TO JOIN?

- Everyone who isn't associated with other group accounts of the fandom is allowed to join. (in other words, you aren't allowed to join if you're already in another Miraculous Ladybug group account)

11: HOW ORIGINAL SHOULD WE BE?

- As much as you can!! This is our chance to see how much potential you have as a possible member. This means that you aren't allowed to copy other designs from other graphic-makers.

12: ARE WE ALLOWED TO USE FAN-ARTS/EDITS FROM OTHER DESIGNERS?

- Definitely not. This is a prohibited act because it is stealing. You will be kicked out once you violate this rule.

PROMPT:

TITLE: It's Cold Outisde

MOOD: wintry, soft

REQUIREMENTS:

• Make use of windows (it must be a big part of the cover, not just a small object at the corner or something, it's up to the editor in its way of use---border, parallels a la tl5y oobc album cover, etc.)

• Optional usage of frost

• You may add other Christmas elements, though each object has to compliment each other

• Your graphic must involve Marinette and Nathanael OR Alix and Kim

• Don't forget your watermark and the badge!

TWIST: Since we gave you palettes from the last contest, it's your turn to make your own palette!

• Your palette must only have 5 colors.

• There must be a title on your palette. (Don't use the cover's title. Create a name for your palette)

• The palette's colors MUST be the colors you used for your cover.

• You are not allowed to use the palette's of other designers.

Basically, you must submit two graphics for this contest; the palette and your cover.

NOTE: The badge isn't necessary for the palette.
