So I'm very familiar with this in fact I experience it every day of my life. Its really a terrible feeling and I hate it with ever bone in my body. I feel weak and unwanted and worthless alone and like I really have no one. In times like these we really need a friend but sometimes we don't have one we can reach or sometimes we do. Its just really hard to deal with if you are dealing with this take a walk or call up a friend and just talk , talk to me even. During times like these we maybe think about all our bad decisions or memories that make us sad which isn't good so really just do something to get your mind off it. Loneliness can result in depression I should know.
So talk to me or anyone or do anything to get your mind off it , it helps in the end.Tnx for reading.
