Love and Jewel Shards

New Beginnings

Kimiko's POV

I couldn't believe it. I just earned one of my enchantix. I feel so powerful!

Kimiko: *smiles and looks at Inuyasha* don't worry I got this *flys towards the demon*

Inuyasha's POV

I was about to objected until she flew towards the demon

Inuyasha: Hey! I said I got this

Kimiko: Trust me this will be quick

Damn she is stubborn I was about to say something til I saw her started fighting.... I gotta say for a fairy she sure is good but I would have took him down easy. I saw her take one more last throw at the demon and he was gone and then I saw her fly bak down with something in her hand.

Kimiko: Open your hand

I did like she said and she dropped three jewel shards in my hand.

Inuyasha: How did you get these?

Kimiko: didn't you just see me kick that demon's ass? *smiles*

I smiled as she smiled and she started to walk away

Inuyasha: This doesn't mean I couldn't have done that

Kimiko: Of course it doesn't

Kimiko's POV

We got back to everyone as they were about to start eating

Sango: Kimiko are you okay?

Kimiko: Yeah I'm fine just a little emotion you know

Shippo: Well food always makes me feel better *gives her and Inuyasha food*

Kimiko: *laughs* me too

Koga: sorry we sent the dog to make you feel better. We didn't have any other options

Inuyasha: why you *goes after Koga*

Kagome: Inuyasha sit!

I watched as he fell to the ground just like a dog would if it's master said sit

Inuyasha: *groans*

Kimiko: ummm ok well actually it wasn't that bad he actually made me feel kinda better

Shippo: wait Inuyasha did?

Koga: wow I didn't think the dog could actually care

Inuyasha: Yea well I didn't wanna see the poor fairy sad

I got up after everyone finished their food ready to say goodnight

Kimiko: Well it's been a long day and I should be heading back to the village

Kaede: well no need to rush you all can just spend the night here there is room for all of you

Kimiko: Oh no I don't wanna impose

Kaede: Trust me it's no problem

I took Kaede's offer in staying the night I said goodnight to everyone as they went into their rooms Kagome/Koga/Shippo Sango/Miroku and Inuyasha and I both went to separate covers

As the night went on I couldn't sleep so I went outside for a walk and I saw Inuyasha sitting down on the ground and looking up at the moon. I thought about just passing him through but then I thought maybe he could use some company

Kimiko: Inuyasha?

He looked so peaceful when he was sitting there thinking I guess about how he is gonna accomplish the jewel shards I guess I'll just go for a walk
