our spiritual life♡

Sometimes we feel down and not active when it comes to our spiritual life. What do I mean by active?

Prayer.

When you don't pray anymore or when you forget to pray. Prayer is something that every believer should do. When we pray, we're talking to God by faith. We are talking to Him, letting all of our problems in His hands, asking for Him to help us get through temptation etc...

So when we stop praying, we also stop talking to God and that leads us to darkness, to bad feelings...

Reading your Bible.

Yes, yes and yes. Reading the Bible is really important. I think that my words won't help or even won't be able to explain what I really mean by that. That's also why we have the word of God to help and teach us what we need to know.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.

If you want to have a "healthy relationship" with God, reading the Bible is important. Why? simply because the Bible is God's word and that's what we need to know Him better, to have a personal relationship with Him, to become more and more like him, to become stronger, to get corrected... As this verse says ALL SCRIPTURE IS BREATHED OUT BY GOD AND PROFITABLE FOR TEACHING, FOR REPROOF, FOR CORRECTION....

Correction.

This is something some Christians can't handle. They're scared to read their Bible because of their sins, they're scared to pray because of their sins.... But let me tell you something.

God's love for you and for me is bigger than our sins and nothing will change that.

Romans 8:38-39

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Know that if your spiritual life is not right, your life won't be right. You'll be sad, you'll feel like God doesn't love you, you'll feel bad.... I think that you know that feeling. Worst feeling ever.

So if this is what you're feeling right now, know that you're stronger than satan's lies because you have Christ. The king of kings, the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega. Trust in Him. Put your trust in Him because everyone in this world is a liar but only God is the right one.

Start by praying, ask for forgiveness if you've sinned and know that your sins are already forgiven and forgotten by God.

Do your best to have the best relationship with God and you'll see that there's nothing more precious than a personal relationship with the LORD.
