Annabeth lay in bed, her eyes closed, thinking about Percy and how he was probably doing the same thing at this very moment. A smile played on her lips and she opened her eyes. As her eyes slowly adjusted she shifted around, looked to see if any lights were on, to see if her siblings were still awake. When her eyes adjusted, no one was awake, well, except for her.
Careful not to wake anyone, Annabeth slipped her big Camp Half-blood shirt on, which was actually Percy's that she stole, over her light blue tank top and shorts.
Annabeth's grey eyes darted around for her shoes, flip flops, sandals, sneakers, anything. When she finally found her black flip flops, she slipped them on, and carefully slipped out the door. She tried her best not to make a noise as she closed the door, as sneaking out of the cabins at night, without special permission was a huge rule that mustn't be broken.
Annabeth walked along the big horseshoe-shaped cabin rows, which wasn't really a horseshoe-shaped anymore because they had started building more cabins for the minor Gods and Goddesses. Annabeth's shoes made the flip-floppity sound as she walked. She prayed to her mother that they'd stop, but who was she kidding? Athena helping her daughter not get caught going to see a son of Poseidon? Not in a million years.
When Annabeth finally reached Percy's cabin she knocked softly, three times. When he didn't answer, she entered.
Annabeth smiled. There was her Seaweed Brain, lying in his drool, snoring. His messy hair even messier. He looked cute when he slept.
Annabeth bent over his bed, her lips barely touching his ear. "You drool which you sleep." she whispered, a smile playing on her lips.
Percy opened his eyes wide. "Whaa-" he started.
Annabeth laughed and kissed his lips softly, cutting him off. She pulled away quickly. "Good evening, Seaweed Brain."
Percy moved back his covers and blushed. "Good evening." he smiled.
Annabeth was still leaning over him when she felt Percy grab her sides and pull her into bed with him, tickling her. "Percy!" she protested, trying not to laugh. "Not funny! We are going to wake someone!"
Percy stopped momentarily and chuckled. "Who would we wake?" he grinned.
Annabeth's mind went blank. "Uhh?"
Percy laughed. "That's right." He kissed her again. "No one."
Annabeth smiled and kissed him back. "Don't tickle me, or monsters won't be the only thing I'd killed before."
"Well, you've killed Titans before too." Percy smirked and kissed her cheek.
"Oh shush, Seaweed Brain!" Annabeth exclaimed.
"I will not shush." he kissed her on her lips.
Annabeth kissed him back and he put a hand on her cheek. They met eachother's eyes and blinked. Annabeth pulled away and blushed. She looked down, and smiled. Percy pulled her down to him for one more kiss before turning her over and placing his arm under her neck, like a hug. Annabeth curled into him and closed her eyes.
Annabeth could smell the salty sea water even deeper than before. He smelled like the beach. And it smelled great.
She could feel Percy's hands stronger her hair, and begged herself not to drift to sleep. This moment should last forever. She thought. I mustn't fall asleep. Not yet.

Annabeth forced her eyes to flutter open. "I almost fell asleep." she whispered, not sure if Percy was still awake.
"Oh Gods, look at the time!" Percy exclaimed, which he hated himself for, because if he wouldn't have, she might have stayed longer. Percy's alarm clock had said 4:37 am. She had to get back so she could be up at seven o'clock in the morning tomorrow with her siblings and they'd never suspect a thing.
Annabeth looked down at Percy, lying on his back and kissed him once more. "Get some rest, okay?" Annabeth slipped on her shoes, and walked out the door. "Love you!" she said to her Seaweed Brain as he slipped out the door, not ready to go back to her cabin.
As she walked back to her cabin, her thoughts we mushed with the thoughts of seeing Percy again tomorrow. They were supposed to play Capture the Flag and were to be on the same team, which they loved. She smiled to herself, getting distracted by the thought of Percy without a shirt, playing Capture the Flag, which of course would never happen. Unless someone were to accidently cut it off. She laughed to herself. Annabeth, Annabeth. You little stinker.
That's why she was started when she heard a voice behind her. And she knew that voice very well.
"Going somewhere?"
