Just as she had been told, she sat on the thin, rubbery yoga mat with her legs crossed in lotus position and her palm hands facing upwards. She took deep, long breaths. Tears escaped from her closed eyes as she tasted the salt in the corners of her mouth. 

It was indeed too soon to clear her mind.
