OMG really? I have to tell my mom this. This is so unexpected!

Laura POV -

Okay, now I definitely know. Now I can explain to him about everything, and tell him about the prophecy and my real identity without being scared he isn't the one.

Third Person POV -

she is in so much trouble!

Laura POV - 

I decided to tell him by phone, so I clicked his contact info and called him. It took like a billion rings until he picked up. That was so weird! Usually, he's just so desperate he picks up immediately!

so I know you know about the prophecy now, and I wanted to tell you tha...

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" 

I jumped up, out of my recliner, so scared by the sudden loud noise in my peaceful room. 

My mom, Queen Celeste had taken the hinges of my door off, and burst into my room.

"Mom! What the heck? What are you doing?!" I told her, grinding my teeth together. "Sorry, Ross, could you just hang on a while?" 

"ShSHSHSHHSHSHSHSHSHHHIIIISHHSSHSH! That wasn't Ross you were talking to OR texting! It was BRENDAN!" she was like, yelling at me, and rambling on about how horrible Brendan was for pretending to be Ross. 

"Mom, chill, this is Ross, Brendan would never lie to me! Plus, I was just about to tell Ross about how the prophec-" 

"SHSHSHHSHSHSIHSHSISHISHISHSHHHHHHH! What do you not understand about not talking about it to Ross until after you guys are officially dating!" It was her turn to talk with ground teeth now. 

"UGH! Mom, why are you always trying to scare the hell out of me? I'm already 16! I can take care of my life!"

"Well, you're definitely not talking as if you're 16, and you can barely take on your own life, how am I supposed to be calm, since you're the next heir to the throne to be the queen of 'FairyLand'!" 

"HUH! What if I don't want to be the next heir to the throne, and STUCK WITH THIS STUPID CRAPPY CURSE!"

"DON'T YOU SHOUT AT ME LIKE THAT! YOU'RE GROUNDED!" 

"UGH!"

"UGH!" 

Queen Celeste stamped her way out of Laura's room, and slammed the door behind her. 

"Ummmm, what just happened?" Brendan/fake Ross said with a muffled voice.

Queen Celeste stamped back into Laura's room, and snatched the phone out of Laura's hand before she could have a diva moment to hang up on him. 

"Hello?" Brendan/ fake Ross repeated, confused. 

Queen Celeste hung up on him, and glared at Laura, a message going through their brains, and Laura's eyes went wide. 

Queen Celeste marched out of Laura's room with a triumphant look on her face, leaving Laura with her mouth wide open, and eyes large, like a deer stuck in headlights.

Thanks for reading! Sorry for not posting in a long time, but I say that all the time, so I guess it's normal... I CAN'T WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!! I PROBABLY WON'T POST A LOT UNTIL AFTER WINTER BREAK, SO MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR? IDK, but, I know I am so thankful for all you guys who continue reading this book, you guys make me smile!
