CHAPTER 2

Venus Rosé's P.O.V.  

"For I can't help falling in love with you..."

"Give it up for Rosé everybody!!" The host said, and the crowd clapped for me.

Suddenly there's a tugging feeling in my chest. I can't believe I just performed in front of thousands of people. Gosh.

The screams of my friends and the crowd clapping warmed my heart.

I rushed to my friends, my hands are so cold right now, I swear.

"Why did I do that?" I said to myself, feeling so embarrassed.

"Aigoo, What do you mean? You did great!!" Wen reassured me, hugging me so tight.

"Thank you." I said as I hugged him back.

We settled ourselves in our seats while the program continues.

There's two more fans who dances after me.

And there's a guy who sang as well, he's great actually.

"You're better, don't worry." My brother said next to me, as if reading my mind.

I just smiled, not quite sure if he said that out of honesty or just to make me feel better.

I hope it's not the latter one.

The host is blabbering things about the sponsor and thanking all the participants of the contest and that they will announce the winner after the show.

"And finally! It's time for William Singe!!!" The host said, the lights go out right after.

Oh my goshhh! I'm not ready.

Wait.

Daefff.

The background music starts to play.

Holycheese. Is this hotline bling?

"What's up Koreaaa!" William appeared in front of us.

I fucking can't. Omg. He's right in front of me.

Oh gosh.

"You used to call me on my cellphone..." William starts singing and I literally felt my heart skipped a beat.

"Late night when you need my love. Caaall me on your cellphone."

"Oh my gosh, that groan oh gosh!" I screamed, having a hard time containing myself.

I heard my friends saying things as well but I didn't bother to understand what they were saying and keep my focus on William.

"Late night when you need my love... And I know when that hotline bling. That can only mean one thinggg."

"Why are you doing this to me? You're torturing my hearteu!!" I cried out.

"Ever since I left the city youuu."

"Huhu, that falsetto! ho my gad." I whisper-screamed as I felt weak, me sitting for a second to recover.

William keep on singing and I just keep on freaking out all the way.

I just can't find my chill. I mean, How could I? The love of my life is in front of me right now.

He sang his original Love You Like Me then few more covers What Do You Mean?, Work, Pillowtak and Closer  for an ending song.
