"Guess where we're going tomorrow!"
"Dunno." Star shrugged.
"Seranilla Bank in the Caribbean!" I announced.
"Wow. So, how long?" Rory still seemed slightly unimpressed.
"Three weeks. How about that?" I grinned at my friends.
Star pulled her starry suitcase out from under her bed and began shoving clothes into it. Rory also began packing her stuff into her Irish Flag suitcase. I decided to start packing as well. I brought out my floral suitcase and started packing. I mentally ticked off all the items I had until everything was in piles.
"It. Won't. Fit!" Rory panted, leaping on her suitcase repeatedly.
"You're doing it wrong. You need an order." I sighed, walking over to help her.
No wonder it wouldn't fit, she had packed many packets of Oreos, her mini fridge and her excessive collection of vintage Batman comics.
"Seriously? You can only take one or two." I heaved out the massive cardboard box and took out a couple.
"No, I need them all!" Rory moaned, tipping the whole contents into her suitcase.
I sighed and left her to it.

Beep beep! Beep beep! I pressed the off button on my alarm clock and got out of bed. Waking up at four in the morning was a small price to pay for a luxurious holiday in the sun. I changed out of my mint green pyjamas and into my skinny jeans, white tee and pale green hoodie. I walked into Rory's room and ripped the duvet off of her bed, waking her up instantly.
"What the-?" Rory began
"You have three minutes. Get ready, the cab's coming."
I entered Star's sugar pink bedroom and woke her up, giving her the same message I gave to Rory. Then, I pulled on my white Converse and got ready by the door with my suitcase and backpack, waiting for Rory and Star. Eventually, they emerged from their bedrooms, with their suitcases and hand luggage. Rory wore a turquoise jumper with a monster face printed on it paired with denim shorts and orange Vans. Star sported a cropped white top along with a pair of denim shorts and white low-topped Converse. When we were all ready we left the flat and piled into the taxi waiting outside to drive us to the airport.
"Thirty-nine quid please." The driver said once we got to the airport.
We each handed over thirteen pounds and walked into the airport to check in then wait for our flight.
"I need a coffee." Rory moaned.
"Ooh, yeah. I could do with a little bit of caffine too." Star agreed.
I sighed, checking my watch yet again. "Fine."
I let myself be dragged along to the nearest Starbucks for my two friends to order their coffees. We left with Rory happily slurping her caffeine rich beverage. Being Rory, she found it possible to bump into a complete stranger, make the lid burst off of her coffee cup and soak through the man's clean, white tee.
"Seriously?" Star giggled.
"Sorry!" Rory inefficiently dabbed at him with the complimentary tissue she got with her coffee.
"Don't worry, it's fine." The man laughed.
"Hey, I swear you picked out a white t-shirt, not a coffee flavour one." His friend collapsed in laughter.
"I'm sorry about my friend, she's very clumsy." I apologized, dragging Rory away.
We made our way to the gate where our plane was waiting patiently for us to board. Once we were on, we sat in our row. I pulled my book out of my backpack and began reading when the two guys from earlier walked past, brushing against my arm. I ignored it and carried on reading. I was on a particularly exciting chapter.
