Chapter 3

thank god it's Friday.
5 days of torture finally over  and it's time for the 2 days rest and recovery.
Highschool is like a wrestling match, you get punched in the face by the mountains of homework and keep fighting until it's break time.

So speaking of weekends... I'm going to my first Highschool frat party with my squad of course. Cici decided she didn't wanna go since she's not really a party girl, but Adriana, Chloe, Melissa ? Huge. Huge. Party animals. And you guessed it, they're making me going with them.

After we got out of school at 2:30 I headed straight to my house with Alex, alex offered to give me a ride back home since we're neighbors and we live next door.

~in the car~

"So... what are you doing this weekend?" Alex asked me , still staring at the road.
"Well... um I'm going to a party... with Chloe and Adriana." I answered Alex, I'm not sure how he'd react cause I've never been to party before.
"Wait... Madeline. A frat party?!" Alex yelled, he seemed kinda angry, excited... i dont know I was too scared to look at him. "Madeline..." Alex continued, "you don't have to go if you don't want to, are you sure your ready?" Alex asked me. "Yes Alex, I wanna live a little you know ? I want to party and be wild for the first time in my life... I mean I'm graduating in 2 years..." I whispered. "Ok... you can go but I have to be there with you ok?" Alex looked at me, his eyes filled with worry and concern. "Ok..." I replied. "Cool, I'll pick U up at 7:00" Alex said as he drove on to my drive way.

5:00

I started getting ready around 5:00 I already took a shower and dried my hair. I walked in front of my closet looking for a dress when I heard my doorbell *ding dong* followed by a trail of knocking. 'Isn't Alex too early ? ' I thought to myself.
I opened my door and I was attack by 2 people with hugs. It was Chloe and Adriana!  "OMG hey girls! What r u guys doing here? I thought we were meeting up at the party?" I asked them.
"Well..." Chloe started talking. "We thought since this is your first frat party and you probably don't have anything to wear so we decided to get you" Adriana continued. "THIS!" Chloe exclaimed and held up this beautiful navy blue dress that shows off every curve I had.

"This is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!" I said and ran to hug my girls. "Who's ready for a little make over" Chloe said holding up her makeup bag.

We walked over to my bedroom and I sat down. Chloe started pouring her makeup out of her bag and laying them one by one on the bed. I didn't know you needed this much makeup...

Adriana started by taking off my glasses and putting up my hair in a bun so it doesn't get in my face. Chloe is a miracle worker. She was the queen of makeup. She started patting foundation on my face with this pink sponge thing, then she "contoured" my face. Not sure what she means by that but I'll leave that to her. It took her around 30 minutes and she finished up by attaching fake lashes to my eyelids. "All done!" Chloe said while clapping her hands together and jumping up and down.

I walked to my mirror and looked at myself. I looked... wow. I looked so different. Good different. I wonder wha Alex is going to think...

6:50~

*boom* I heard my door getting busted open and I knew it, there goes Alex.
"Where's Madeline?" I heard Alex saying from downstairs, I knew he was taking to Chloe and Adriana.

I opened my door and walked downstairs, the conversation stopped and I felt everyone's eyes on me. Alex's jaw dropped as if he's seen a ghost or something.
"Well, you look... um... beautiful" Alex whispered. Is he... blushing?! I giggled and said "well what are we waiting for let's go!"

We arrived at the party around 7:10. Music was blasting everywhere, there was a lot of drunk people already and it's not even 30 minutes into the party. "WOOOHOO LETS PARTY!" I heard Chloe and Adriana yell as they ran off.
I stood at the door with Alex, looking around not sure what to do... "let's go malady ?" Alex stuck his hand out in front of me. "Gladly" I replied and took his hand.

Alex dragged me into the kitchen and handed me a red cup. "Um... Alex I've never drank before..." i said and looked at the cup in his hand. "Well your the one who said you wanted to live a little" Alec said , he shook the red cup a little. Screw it, i thought and took a huge gulp of the beer and instantly started coughing. " calm ur horses mads! You alright?" Alex laughed while taking another sip of his drink.
" people actually enjoys this??" I asked . "Well ya... but you'll get used to it just take it slow" Alex smiled and handed me some tissues. "Thanks" I whispered.

By the time of 11:40 I was already on my 7th drink, I'm pretty sure I'm drunk. Damn Alex was right about this thing.
I started seeing blurs everywhere and losing my balance, is this what being drunk feels like? I thought to myself.

"Well damn aren't you a hot little something" and that was one of the last things I remembered...
