Chapter 5
I went to school joyfully the next morning, It was hard to enjoy, there was ice everywhere but knowing about Kalmyk made me happy.
Spint asked what was I so happy about, "mom, you know Kalmyk, i told you about him on wattpad," she nodded slowly not understanding he point.
"He's Kalyn,"
Spint cooed, "the guy Miranda likes?" she gasped and I facepawed.
"Yes mom" I gritted my teeth
She squealed "when do I get to meet him?!"
I gave her a stern look, "never, I don't want you messing this up mom," a voice came from behind me,
Miranda. Spint started sobbing. Miranda growled and opened the door "are you coming mason?!" I sighed, hugged Spint and left.
Miranda slammed the door behind me. When we got in the car I snapped at her, "you don't have to be so rude to Spint you know!"
She growled at me and jumped out of the car, "if you are going to complain the whole way to school I think I'd rather walk!"
I growled "fine!" I drove off without her, splashing cold ice water all over her.

I walked in and could tell Kalyn was surprised Miranda didn't burst in behind me, "she walked today"
He nodded walking with me to our first class.

I was surprised when after class he invited me to the mall
"Uh, sure. what time?"
"1pm, I saw that we were neighbors so i'll just pick you up, you alright with that?"
I blushed, it kinda sounded like he was inviting me on a 'date' "uhhhh, sure."
He smiled "it's cute when you blush,"
