The ambulance rushed Chanwoo and Yunhyeong to the hospital. Both of them are injured but the difference is Chanwoo's on unconcious state. Their family and friends went to the hospital even if its already late night.

Yunhyeong saw Chanwoo's state when the stretcher where he was lying passed by Yunhyeong's stretcher. He really needs to be rushed that quick because of his severe condition.

"Doctor how are my sons?!" His father freaked out upon seeing the doctor in charge coming out from the emergency room.

"Your older son is on stable condtition. He suffers from a broken right leg. There's no trace of internal brain bleeding on MRI. He's stable now but we need to let him stay for under observation. He will be moved to a new room if there are no problems on him anymore."

All of them are relieved with Yunhyeong's condition.

"As for your younger son, he's still unconcious. We found out that he suffers from a severe internal damage. We got him an emergency surgery. If his condition doesn't improve, he might die."

After hearing about Chanwoo's condition, his mother breakdown crying. Jinhwan and Donghyuk, who are the brothers' friends started crying as well.

"It cant be! Please save our son doctor! I'm begging you."

Three days after the accident, Yunhyeong saw his friends and parent inside the room where he is currently confined. He got that bandage on his head and also on his right leg.

"Uncle, Yunhyeong's awake now." Jinhwan said who were the first one to wake up.

His father also got up from the couch. Everyone followed to wake up when they saw Yunhyeong awaken. All of them are silent. No one wants to say a word.

"Can I see Chanwoo?" The clueless Yunhyeong said.

"Yunhyeong hyung." Hanbin said as he stand by beside his bed. "I dont think you should go for now, your body isnt strong enough yet. You should go have lots of rest." 

"No. I havent seen him in a days."

"I think you should let Chanwoo rest. Trust me." Hanbin added.

But for Yunhyeong, no one can stop him on doing things that's about Chanwoo.

"Please take me to Chanwoo's room so I can see him." He asked the nurse this time.

But everyone are quiet and didn't even responded on him. He was clueless about Chanwoo. No one wants to tell him what's Chanwoo condition right now.

"Why?" He said since no one's uttering a word. "What's wrong with Chanwoo? Dad? Please answer me! What happened to my brother!"

"Please give me your assurance that if I take you to where your brother is, you'll accept his real condition." The nurse told him.

"Accept what?"

"Your brother is severely injured."

"He's suffering from a heart inflamatory disease. It got damaged more when the accident happened. He needs a heart donor to be able to survive."

No it cant be. His poor brother.
Why does it need to happen? Yunhyeong had that question in his mind. Its all his fault. He starts blaming himself for the destructure he did to his brother. He should be the one to suffer from the injury because he was the one who lead Chanwoo to danger. The blame is on him.

"What else?" He calmly ask again.

"His body is currently not functioning that well."

"If his heart continue to inflame, most likely he..might die because of it."

"Why didn't you guys tell me?!"

"Dad!"

His father stood up and walk towards him.

"Son, it already happened. We were planning to tell you but we're afraid you wouldnt be able to handle it."

"And all of you are gonna keep it from me for lifetime?!"

A doctor barge inside the room. All their eyes are on him.

"Hello. I have a news to tell all of you, specially the patient's father. But Im wondering if you're ready to hear the news right now."

"Yes." His father nodded.

"I have check the patient's heart and its slowly getting weak. Its not beating normally and we're afraid the patient might lost his life if we dont find someone to donate a heart for him."

Yunhyeong crutches on his chest where his heart is located. Thinking about what if he donates his own heart for his brother? He badly want to save Chanwoo from the danger he lead him to. And this is the only way he can ever think.

"Can you take mine doctor?!"
Some of his friends cursed under their breath. If he donates his heart, then Chanwoo might live but they will lose Yunhyeong.

"Dad I want to donate my heart!" He look at his father who's shaking his head in disapproval.

"Calm down Yunhyeong. Think about this first." Jinhwan said. Its not really a good idea.

He was crying now, he dont want to lose Chanwoo. But if the only way to make him alive, he'll definitely do it because he loves Chanwoo so much.

"Dad! Please! I love him as a brother. Please let me do this for my brother."

Yunhyeong's decision isnt a good one. They dont want to lose Chanwoo but they dont want to lose him too. He doesnt need to sacrifice.

"Yunhyeong if you think its your fault that's why Chanwoo's on that condition and you're trying to sacrifice yourself then dont do it." Chanwoo's mom said this time.

"No! I still want to donate my heart to him. Doctor! Please take my heart and give it to Chanwoo."

Before the operation, they let Yunhyeong to visit Chanwoo first inside the ICU room. He was so pale and like lifeless. Yunhyeong held the younger's hand. It will be the last time where he can hold its hand like this. He locks his fingers with Chanwoo's before planting a soft kiss on the back of his palm. Their friends are crying while watching the brothers meet again for the last time.

"I love you Chanwoo. I'll always love you. You're the first and last one that I'll love for the rest of my life."
