Complicated None existent love story

It's been about a month into my first year of high school; It had been very exciting experience even though I have not been in this school for a long period of time. I enjoy spending time with my new friends, and joke around being weird ass kids. Classes had been a bit tough, but I have been trying my hardest to have some decent grades.During my Freshmen year I have to admit that I have been lazy not wanting to do much work. Unfortunately everybody tells me that your Freshmen and Jr and Senior year is the most important times, because that when colleges looks into your transcript to see hows your progress. I was walking around with one of my new closest friends at lunch named Margret. We was bored had nothing to do so decided to act like I was a confident person going up to a random students that is in my school. I went up to a random boy that I never met before and decided to ask him if he wanted to be my best friend. In my mind I was saying "idiot obviously he is going to say no. Your just a random ass kid being a weirdo." Unfortunately his response was different that of what I had imagined. He surprised me by joking back saying "Sure! Let's be best friends!"Ever since then I have been seeing him all over the school building, around the halls, in the stairwells, the lunchroom, and the library. Since he said okay, I had actually thought we can actually become friends, since I saw he is friends with one of my acquaintances I decided to try and talk to her more so I can become closer to him. Today he was outside of my classroom chatting with my friend so I decided and went to say hi to both of them, then he asks for our first hug confirming the fact that we are officially friends now. The hug didn't feel like a normal friend hug, it felt warm not wanting to leave from his embrace. Not understanding why I felt that way due to the thought I had blushed unintentionally. Welcome to the beginning of my none-existent love story of the misery of my high school life.
