The story of the flash begins with the death of his mother, who was killed by a yellow streak. The flash or Barry Allen was driven into the world of forensic science to help fine the killer of his mother. Consumed by his work, he has spent most of his life chained to his desk, solving every case that flow across it. But when a freak lightning bolt hits a nearby shelf in his lab, Barry receives super-speed, becoming the flash. Now he races across the world, searching for the man that killed his mother but he soon thrown into a whole new world. With his new powers, he became up obsessed with crime-solving that he can still lose track of himself, leaving the fastest man alive constantly running a minute behind. After the lightning bolt streaked, Barry gained speed that helps him move, think, and reacts at light speed. He can run up walls, vibrate though any material, and can heal faster than a average human. It's also been proven that a speedsters could steal speed from other objects allowing them to go faster. Flash uses his speed to deliver a high speed and very accurate punch to someone if ran fast enough. Some speedsters can create speed avatars (duplicates) to be sent to different timelines for different missions. Speedsters can also throw lightning created by their speed and make speed vortexes.
