Chapter 1: Court

Callie's POV-

A/N: IM GOING TO REWRITE THIS CHAPTER SO IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST TIME I WROTE IT. SO IF IN THE FUTURE THIS IS READ AND CUT OFF, I AM WORKING ON IT! THANK YOU!

I had to go to court today. I used to be at the Olmsteads as my foster home and I liked my foster brother. Well he took advantage of me and forced me to have sex with him.
They told me to lie and say it was consensual, so a jury would believe me, but honestly all I have left is the truth so I can't lie.

We headed into the court room and I went and sat next to the judge. They started the trial.

They asked me so many questions. And finally they ask what they were waiting this entire hour for.

I see Stef and Lena watching me scared.

"Ms. Jacobs, would you say what happened to you was, well consensual?" They asked

"Well, I'll say this. The only thing I have left is the truth, so I'm not going to lie to you. I didn't want this to happen. So frankly I'm not going to lie. And no it was consensual, he raped me." I said hesitantly. I felt good to get that out

After I said that they didn't believe me.

"Liam Olmstead, not guilty" said the judge

"Wait, so he's not going to jail?!" I blurted out

"No he's not." the judge replied

"You know what this is bullshit!" I shouted out. I ran out of my seat and out of the court room.

I waited in the car for Stef and Lena for 20 minutes. They finally came. I kind of feel bad that they had to talk to the judge for me.

"Hey sweets how are you doing?" Asked Stef

I didn't reply and she didn't make me.

We got back to the house within 15 minutes. I knew I was mad so I was going to do something big. Something really big.
