Complicated!!

As soon as I opened my eyes the lights shut down and everything looked different. There were only radium lights all over. It was so beautiful. "Happy birthday Rahul" was written on the wall which was right in front of the door and the rest of the walls had pictures of him from childhood to his last birthday. That just filled my eyes with tears. I myself felt so loved. I have no idea why this made me feel so emotional but it was such a beautiful moment. We all were turning 20 this year and among us Rahul was the first one to start this. We all belonged to the same batch and Rahul was the eldest being born in the month of January. Now the we quotient is constrained only for us not the twins. Sylvia was holding Rahul's hand tightly and she had a gleaming eye with a drop of tear and all of a sudden his mom entered the dining hall and kept a huge cake of pure German chocolate. It was so appealing. Well now my mouth started watering. His mom started to sing "happy birthday" and all of us joined and I felt so blessed to be there. We all left our chairs and walked towards him and fed him with cake and made a chaos out of this. When we all returned back to our chairs the lights were turned on and now I see Nitin sitting on my left and Ritvik on my right. I was so offended with Nitin. He knows I hate it when he is around me, yet he would never leave me alone. I mean who is he to me? Why does he keep protecting me all the time? Doesn't mean if he loves me I have to love him back or something, I was filled with agony. That guy was a real trouble. I totally ignored him and started to search Satvik and he wasn't present anywhere. Then he came from the other direction where the restroom is and sat right across the table opposite to me. He looked straight into my eyes and I felt something tingle me, I just cut the look when Rahul's mom came to serve me some food.

His mom was so adorable. I really loved the way she was explaining about his childhood and he was growing red and sylvia had an awe expression on her face the entire time. All the pictures from their albums and the videos in which his naughtiness was recorded was shown to us through the projector. Literally a company with his parents was mind blowing and I m so sure nothing could have made him or us any happy except his mom's heartily preparation for his birthday. She told it took almost two months for her to neatly arrange this place and decorate the radium pictures onto the wall. This reminded me of my mother who stayed so far away from me at home working, I decided to meet her soon no matter what. My mother is the only person I love on this earth. The stories extended for a long time. After the projector room scenes we went out and put a campfire and it was the best night with all of us dancing and singing and irritating each other reminding them of their embarassing situations. Rahul's parents on one side were totally into each others arms and Rahul and Sylvia were hugging on the other side. Rahul's parents were the cool cats with whom we could share anything and it would be like we are best friends. Even before Rahul told Sylvia he loved her he had told his parents and they blessed him. Atleast thats that's what he told me.

And here I was sitting next to Priya under the same blanket. The rest of them were all boys sitting in the form they were comfortable with. My eyes were on Satvik. He was under his blanket and he had his amazing smile the entire time. The night was very long and as the rain started and the fire was put of, we all ran back into the cottage. There were around three rooms in the cottage in the first floor and one room in the ground floor which his parents occupied and we all ran towards the top and all the three were occupied in no time, one room for the girls and the boys filled in the rest two rooms. I m so sure their parents would have cleaned the entire place and kept them cosy for us to stay during this winter. Just as we were arguing over who will sleep in the middle. There was a knock on the door. I went and answered the door and there he was standing smiling and it was definitely Ritvik, with a dimple on his right. He asked me if he could ask me for a favour. I smiled and said yes. His eyes were sparkling in the night light and he seemed excited. He asked if we could exchange rooms and allow Sylvia and Rahul share a room for one  night because this doesn't happen anytime of the year. I gave a wicked grin and thought to myself why didn't I get this amazing idea and I peeked into the room and saw that the guys were all in a form and Rahul was totally shying off. I told okay and called Priya out. She didn't want to come out but when she saw me with that sly smile she understood something was fishy and she came out and the next minute I see Sylvia making herself totally comfortable in the middle of the bed and she shouted, "I ll sleep in the middle bitches". This just made me laugh loud and we entered into the room Rahul was there and he told, "don't worry my girls, she is safe with me". He went hopping out of the room like a rabbit with full zest and when he was about to lock the door. I just called out Sylvia and told,"the bed is all yours bitch, do as you please" and I giggled. And she just looked shocked to see him inside and he locked the door and that's all I could see.

Like I said earlier. This ain't just my story. Complicated can twist inbetween and anyone can be in a situation they never expected to be in. Now its Sylvia's turn, I just hope she is not too offended with us. I know even she wanted some private moment with him the entire day.
