Thomas accepted he had felt in love with Sam almost one year ago, when things started to be wrong. Somehow, he started to see Sam in a different way, not like a friend or a sister, but like a woman. In that moment, when he accepted how he felt about her, Thomas's world messed up. Things started to be chaotic. Every time he tried to talk with Sam, he couldn't because of somebody interrupted them, or there was no internet, when they spoke on the computer, by Skype. Or they just stayed in front of each other for hours with nothing to say. They had been talking around ten minutes and that was the largest conversation they had had in a long time. It was like something or someone was trying to separate them.
That was their destiny trying to fix the mistakes. It was supposed that they didn't have to be more than just friends and obiously they didn't have to felt in love. Why? Because their destiny was already traced, written. But for a reason that left forces of destiny disconcerted, Sam and Thomas created a new line of their fate, a new line that their real destiny was trying to destroy.
In the moment we born, forces of Destiny take a pen and a piece of paper, where they write our fate, our whole life and our future. After that, they start to be just watchmen of that creation. Every day our destiny gets more powerful and immutable, but sometimes it starts to change and those watchmen choose the best line.
For that reason they will try to change Sam and Thomas outcome and follow that new line, because if their feelings could create a new road of their fate, that would be for a reason.
