Reader's POV
"DUMBASS! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"
"Time's up, Kageyama-kun~" Hinata sang. Hinata then grabbed my hand. "Let's go, (F/N)-chan!" He ran off with me following him leaving Kageyama there.
"Hina-"
"Call me Shoyou."
"Ok, Shoyou. Where ar-"
"I like the way my name sounds coming from your mouth." This comment made me blush. After that I just stayed silent, thoughts swirling through my head.
"Ok, we're here." I looked up to see a building that said 'Sunville'. What? "Sorry, this won't be much of a date. Since I was planning on hanging out with only you, I'd plan to hang out for a couple hours or so because I have work."
"You have a job?"
"Yep! This is a day care. I can bring volunteers in so would you like to help."
I don't really like kids but, why not. "Ok!"
"Thanks! My shift lasts longer than our 'date' time so you can leave after a little." Hinata dragged me inside to meet the kids.
"Shoyou-sama!" they all yelled and ran to Hinata to hug his legs, seeing as they weren't tall enough. Hinata laughed and smiled at them. "Hey guys! How have ya been?"
"We're good, Shoyou-sama!"
"Shoyou-sama! I made you a picture!" a little girl screamed as she ran up to him and handed him a paper. "It's me!" She pointed to a small figure that looked like a mutated version of her. "And that's you!" She pointed to an carrot-looking ball of...who knows. "Awe, it's cute! Thanks, Yamaki-chan!" She giggled and ran off.
"You're really good with kids, Hin-Shoyou." I smiled at him which made him blush.
"Shoyou-sama?"
"Yes, Kinami-kun?"
"Is she your girlfriend?"
Both Hinata and I blushed and looked away from each other. "Sh-she's not! W-we're just friends...for now." His last two words made me blush more. "Shoyou-sama, do you love her?"
"I-I....um...I do! With all my heart! And I'm gonna prove to her I'm not like a child like everyone else sees me as one!"
"I don't think you're a child, Shoyou-sama!" Kinami yelled.
"Me either!" Yamaki agreed.
"Same here!" Another child yelled.
"Ahaha, thank you all. But why don't we got out for recess now, huh? And Sugawara-san is our volunteer for the day so treat her nicely!"
"Ok!"
The kids then ran outside while we followed. Honestly, they all behaved so I didn't have much of a problem with them, unlike other kids sometimes. We played games together like Hinata was the monster and the kids has to run from him. Then I came in and protected them all and 'killed' the 'monster'. All the kids cheered for me of course and drowned me in hugs. But, alas the time came where my next date would come.
"Well, I guess I'll see ya later, Shoyou."
"Yeah, bye (F/N)!"
"Awwwwww, Suga-san has to leave?" Yamaki whined.
"But she just got here!" Kinami whined as well.
"I know. But she has to go."
"Maybe, I'll visit next weekend."
The kids faces lit up. "REALLY?!" they all yelled.
"Uh, yeah! So see ya next week!"
"YAY!" They all surrounded me and hugged my legs. I giggled at their cuteness.
"Bye Shoyou."
"Bye (F/N)."
I walked out only to be met with a smiling Kenma.
"They're cute. But not as cute as you."
"Are you trying to flirt?"
Kenma laughed. "Maybe. Let's hurry up and go."
"Go where's?"
"A video game store, duh. Or my house to play video games. Or we could watch anime."
"There's a new Yuri on Ice episode I haven't watched yet!!"
"Ok, I don't mind rewatching it."
"I didn't think you actually watched it!"
"What otaku doesn't?!"
"True."
