Love?

I was so deeply in love with you.
I saw us with a future.
Marriage,
Kids,
Us growing old.
Everything I saw in my future
Involved you.
What happened?
I couldn't even get a single text.
A single hello in the hallways of school.
Not even a single wave,
Or even a glance.
Yes we were young
But, I didn't think that would've mattered.
I didn't think a summer apart
Would do so much.
I didn't think you going to the high school
Would almost end our relationship.
I didn't think I would slowly fall out of
Love with you.
No more blushing when I hear your name
No more butterflies when I see your
Perfect smile, or those blue eyes.
My heart wouldn't beat outta my chest
When I see even a glimpse of you anymore.
I didn't realize that I did not,
No do not, love you anymore.
