I notice

I notice
Don't you realize that?
I know I'm
The "leftover"
In the group.
I'm always there when
Someone needs to talk,
When somebody needs to cheer up,
I'm always there.
But when I need to talk?
Everyone runs in the opposite direction.
Yes, I know you try,
And I don't let anyone in
But, just because I don't
Let anyone in doesn't mean
You should stop trying.
Maybe, just maybe
I need someone to let me know
They care and show that they care
Maybe all I need is a true friend.
A friend that doesn't run away
When I say I have depression
When I say I'm a little messed up.
I need someone to come help me
When I need help the most.

Okay so I know it's not Friday, but tomorrow I'm leaving to go to my grandparents cabin up north, and the wifi is really sucky so, I'm updating today. Thanks for reading.
