You were still in shock from talking to Levi. He was so hot, how could you not be in shock? You went to your locker to get the things you needed for your next class. As you opened your locker, trash came tumbling out. It looked like someone dumped the contents of a trash can in your locker. Rotten food, ripped up paper and more was now all over the floor. You saw your textbooks and notebooks in the mess as well. They were covered in food and dirt and who knew what else.

You sighed. This was becoming a weekly occurrence. It didn't matter if you told a teacher or not because they never did anything. No one in this school cared about anyone else. That's also the reason why you don't have any friends.

You went across the hall, grabbed a trash can and went back to your locker. As you were picking up the trash from the floor, three pairs of hooker boot clad feet stopped next to you. The one closest to you sneered and said, "Oh look. How cute. Garbage girl brought her home with her today." In a serious tone, she added, "How disgusting."

You looked up at the people that the feet belonged to. "You know what else is disgusting? Your attitude. Oh! And don't forget your looks." The truth was that Evangelynn look amazing. She always did. She styled her long brown hair everyday and her make up was always on point. Not to mention that she only wore the trendiest of clothes and the most expensive. However, Evangelynn had been picking on you since you both were in grade school. She never liked you for some reason.

Evangelynn gasped in horror. "How dare you say those nasty things to me. Do you know who I am? I am-"

You cut her off saying, very plainly, "Yes, I know who you are. You are a stuck up snot who thinks she gets everything she wants because she has money. You can leave me alone anytime you want." You went back to picking up trash and added, "Don't let your ego hit you in the ass when you leave."

Evangelynn took a step back from you. "How dare you!" She screamed. At this point, everyone in the hallway decided to stop and stare at the ensuing argument. At that precise moment, Evangelynn decided that you needed a make over and dumped the contents of the trash can on your head.

Tears welled up in your eyes as everyone around you started laughing. They laughed and pointed and laughed some more. Humiliation was one of the worse things that could ever happen while in High School. You only say that because no one forgets those types of things.

You stood up and you ran. You crashed into people but you didn't care, you just wanted to get away from this place. From the people laughing at you. From everything. You ran out the door and into the square where everyone ate lunch. It was empty, thank heavens. You ran to the corner of the square and stopped. Someone was already there. You went to turn and leave but the person looked up from the book they were reading and looked at you. To your horror, you realized it was Levi.

The tears that had been welling up in your eyes started streaming down your face. You put your face in your hands and sobbed. Today was the worse. You got paired with your crush for a class project (which was your worse nightmare), you got trash put in your locker and on your head, you were humiliated in front of all those people and now Levi too. Could this day get any worse?

You put your hands down and just stood there looking at Levi, who had gotten up and started walking over to you. Once he was at least a foot away from you, he stopped. "You look awful. What happened?"

You explained what had happened with tears still falling down your face. You explained everything. Once you were done, you just looked at him. He was shocked into silence. Apparently, he had no idea that these things happened.

"Have you told a teacher or someone? Anybody?" Levi asked, concerned.

"I have told the teacher numerous times but nothing ever happens, so I just stopped. It was basically a waste of breath. I was barking up the wrong tree, so to speak," you say in a small voice.

"Do you know why Evangelynn keeps picking on you?" Levi asked.

You shook your head. In truth, you did know. It was because you liked Levi. Every time you looked at him or tried talking to him, she would get jealous or mad and do something mean to you to try and keep you away from him. You wouldn't tell him that though. If you did, that would mean that you were basically confessing your feelings to him. Which was never going to happen.

Levi sighed. "It is what it is, I guess. Come on. Lets go get you cleaned up." Levi took your hand in his and pulled you back into the building. You kept your head down, afraid that people would see you blushing. Levi's hand was looped with yours.

Levi stopped suddenly, making you bump into him. "Sorry," you whispered. He didn't say anything though. He was glaring at someone with the meanest expression you had ever seen on him. You looked over his shoulder to see who he was staring at. It was Evangelynn, and she was glaring right back.
