2nd Day Of School

Tuesday

I heard a buzz go off, I rubbed my eyes and stretched my arms. I looked at the clock, turned it off and looked at the TV. I switched it off and shook my thoughts out of my head and walked upstairs to my room, walked into my closet and the lights came on instantly. I looked around and grabbed blue jeans, grey sweater that said "NERD" on it and converse which were down stairs from yesterday. I brushed my hair and put my hair into a ponytail but left some of my fringe out. I put my grey beanie over it and grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket.

I rushed downstairs and into the kitchen and started making eggy bread. I got out of the fridge 4 eggs and closed it behind me putting the eggs down, got the bread and oil out of the cupboards. I got a frying pan and a specular to flip the bread when it's frying. i crushed the eggs into a jug and whisked them till they were beaten. I poured the beaten egg to a big bowl/ plate and let the bread soak up the egg. Once I did that I drizzled on the oil in the frying pan and but the bread in the pan and turned up the heat. "Hmmmm something smells nice" Vanessa said to me and smiled "I told you I would be making breakfast today?" I replied to her. "You go an get dressed" I continued to say to her and she smiled and went upstairs to get herself ready for today. I put the first piece of eggy bread on Vanessa plate and did mine. I got a plate for me and once I fried mine I put it on my plate as well. I got a knife and fork for Vanessa and I and put it on the counter where stools were on the other side of the cooking area in our kitchen. I quickly tidy up my breakfast mess and put it away and got my clean washing out of the tumble dryer, folded it and put it next to me. Vanessa came down with her college bag and I ate her breakfast "Thank you" she said to me. I looked at her and laughed "No problem sis" I replied back to her and smiled. I finished my breakfast and so did Vanessa, we both washed our things up and put them away. I looked at the time on my phone and it was only 7:30. I quickly rushed my duvet upstairs to my bed and made my bed nicely. I grabbed my house key and put it in my pocket, Vanessa and I brushed our teeth and rushed downstairs to the front door.

We got to the front door and Vanessa looked at me "You ready to go?" she asked me. I nodded and got my P.E. kit from the counter in the kitchen and walked out of the house letting Vanessa lock the door. I kissed Vanessa on the head "see you later" I said to her. She hugged me back and smiled at me "Yeah see you later" she said to back to me.

I walked to school and smiled on the way. I got this feeling that I'm going to have a fantastic day today I thought to myself. I got to school and found Saffy and Toby at the entrance waiting for me "Hey Saffy, Toby" I said to them. They looked at me and smiled "Hey Laura. How are you?" Saffy asked me. "I'm good. I need to go to my locker before lessons start though" I asked them. They nodded and we all linked arms and walked to my locker. We got there and I opened my locker grabbing my bag and putting my P.E. kit inside it, my drama book as well for second period. I shut my locker behind me and looked at Saffy and Toby "So what do you have first and second?" I asked them. They looked at me and smiled "we have P.E. and then Drama" they both said to me, I smiled back at them and hugged them "Same here" I said to them happily. The bell rang and we all went to first period which was P.E. with the one and only Rocky Lynch.

We all got changed and went into the hall together "Right class today we are going to be doing an obstacle course" he said to us all. I looked at him and smiled "Toby you will be with Saffy" Rocky said to them. "Maddie, Alex" he continued saying and getting the others into two's "Laura you will be with me" Rocky said to me. I looked at him and nodded. I sighed to myself and went over to him and we did our obstacle course helping each other through. I smiled at him and he smiled back at me. We soon finished off the obstacle course, I did some laps on the field with Saffy and Toby while the rest of the class did vollyball. Rocky came outside the door and looked at us all "Come on in and get changed" he shouted at us. We looked at him and smiled "First one in has to buy me lunch" I said to Saffy and Toby. "Alright Laura you're on" Toby replied to me. Saffy laughed and started running in I swear that girl will do anything for me that's why I love her I thought to myself and started to run to the hall.
