Vanessa's POV

"Vanessa Vanessa Vanessa" someone called my name, I rubbed my eyes and squinted looking for someone but really couldn't find anything or anyone and I lied back down from my clothes form yesterday even though I didn't get changed into my PJ's I felt more comfortable from my clothes that I slept in. "Ness, Ness wake up" the same voice said to me, I got up properly looking around the sitting room now, this voice sounded like someone I did recognize from somewhere. I felt a hand on my shoulder, I immediately turned around looking at the person I missed so much "DAMON SALVATORE" I shouted loudly at him and he looked at me surprised yet confused as well "Vanessa how are you?" he asked me, in that moment he really could see how I was and I sighed "You now life could be going great but Laura has had a big life change yesterday with Ross as well as Rocky and I as well." I replied to him sadly. He smiled a bit, nodded to me "Come here Ness" he said to me and I hugged him back it was nice to have him back again. He let me go, I pulled away looking at him "So tell me about your life you still having trouble with that girl?" I asked him, Damon smiled "Well Elena is having her time away from me considering I kinda did something out of hand because she makes me so angry sometimes but other times she is so sweet and kind." He replied to me,  "Oh okay. So you two are bad for each other but you make her have a little bit of an adventure together, make her feel alive when she is with you. Well Damon you have a keeper there but you are welcome to stay here if you would like to" I said to him. He smiled to me, nodded "Thanks Vanessa. How is Rydel?" he asked me. "Well she good she's on tour with her brothers and Ellington at the moment and we all came back from a school trip" I replied to him, he smile went down a little bit and I took his hand dragging him to where he is going to sleep/ stay till he leaves and if he does. 

We got to the spare bedroom, which was were my mum and dad's room before it turned into the spare room. Damon looked at me, smiling "Would you like to have any breakfast or anything?" I asked him nicely yet he walked in the room as if he was missing something but I didn't know what quiet yet. He turned around to me "No thanks." he replied to me "Okay I'll be in my room if you need me" I said to him and with that he nodded whilst I made my way to my bedroom to check on Laura. 

I got to the bedroom, I opened the door fully walking inside to get some new clothes for today from my chest of drawers which contained black jeans, grey jumper and coat and pink scarf and brown boots. Once I got all my clothes which I left here from when we went to Europe I put them on my bed, looked at Laura who was still sleeping soundly and I went to the bathroom to have a shower to get myself all fresh for the day ahead. 

I got to the bathroom, opened the door walking inside closing it and locking it behind me undressing myself and turning on the shower and getting in washing my hair and once I was finished I got out and got a towel around me. I unlocked the door, opening it up walking to my bedroom minding about where I step and not to fall over everything. I felt myself bump into someone, I looked up to see Damon is the one that I bumped to "Sorry didn't look where I was going?" I said to him, he looked at me smiling "It's my fault" Damon replied to me, "So did you want anything?" I asked him he looked at me "Well I was going to pop out for a bit" he replied to me. "You silly you need breakfast. I now you drink blood but you at least need toast or pancakes" I replied to him "Okay Ness but only if you eat as well" he replied to me. I heard footsteps coming out of the bedroom and looked behind Damon to see Laura looking at us both. "Morning Laura you okay?" I asked her, she looked at me confused and nodded slightly. Damon turned around to look at my younger sister "Laura this is Damon. Damon this is Laura" I said to them both, Damon smiled at Laura "Hello Miss Mariano" he said to Laura taking her hand and shaking it. Laura looked at me "Well Hello Damon" Laura replied to him, he smiled at Laura. "Well I'm going to get myself dressed whilst you two have breakfast" I said to them both. "Ness actually I'm going to have a check up scan on this little one since my last one was last month with Ross." Laura said to me with a slight smile on her face. Damon looked confused at this point "May I just ask who the boy was?" he asked Laura. Laura looked at Damon and chuckled "Ross he's a boy I met at my old school" she replied to him, he nodded "I'm sorry if it made you feel uneasy" he replied to her. I looked at her "Okay be safe Laur" I said to her, she smiled at me and nodded "Ok Ness I will"  Laura replied to me.
