The next morning was Monday and Winter had school. At the breakfast table, Winter's dad told her to show Adrien where the school office was so that he could get his schedule and text books.

"Okay," Winter had replied.

As soon as they walked through the school doors Winter's two best friends, Rachel and Lizzie, came over and started asking Winter questions.

"Who is he?" Rachel asked raising an eyebrow at Winter.

"Is he from out of town?" asked Lizzie who was looking over her shoulder at Adrien every ten seconds.

"Of course he is Liz. We would recognize who he was if he was from here," Rachel said.

Lizzie and Rachel kept talking.

"Stop talking for a minuet if you want some answers," Winter told them.

The two girls stopped talking.

"Thank you. First of all, his name is Adrien. Second of all, he is from out of town. His family is renting the spare rooms at my house. And third of all, I have to show him where the school office is so please let me walk." The two girls stepped out from in front of Winter and Adrien. "Thanks," Winter said.

After they were out of earshot, Adrien asked,"Are those your friends?"

"Yes," Winter sighed, "Sorry for them being so......." Winter faded off, trying to find the correct word to describe them.

"Hyper, nosy,crazy?" Adrien suggested.

"Yeah, you got it."

Adrien smiled, "It's okay."

Winter spotted the office. "Here you go. Here's the office. See ya later." Winter walked away before he could say anything to her. "Best not to bring anyone else into my world of being a Grimm."

---------------------------------------------------------------

Winter didn't see Adrien till lunch. She was sitting with Rachel and Lizzie. Lizzie was reading a book about what peoples names mean. So far she had found out that Rachel's name meant 'female'. Now she was looking for her own name.

"Is it okay if I sit here?" a voice asked. The girls looked up. it was Adrien.

"Sure you can," Rachel said looking at Winter with a smug grin on her face. Winter had refuse to tell them anything more about Adrien. She had told them to ask him their selves. So of course Rachel and Lizzy had decided that Winter had a crush on him.

"Hey guys, I found it!" Lizzie yelled.

"Found what?" Adrien asked, looking confused.

"What my name means. Lizzie means 'consecrated to God'. Want me to find what your name means?"

"Um, sure."

Lizzie paged back to the front of the book to the "A's". After a few more minuets, she found the spot.

"Do you spell your name A-d-r-i-e-n or A-d-r-i-a-n?" she asked.

"A-d-r-i-e-n"

"Okay, your name means 'the dark one'."

"That's cool.......... I think."

"Oh, and Winter. I couldn't find your name."

"I'm just guessing, but I think it means 'winter'." Rachel said with a smirk.

"Oh," Lizzie blushed, "That makes sense."

Everyone started laughing. That was until Ruby, one of the most popular girls in school, came over.

"Hi Adrien," she said, not hiding the fact that she was flirting with him.

"Erm...... Hi Ruby," he said, sounding very uncomfortable.

"You should come hang out with me and the other populars. Not these three losers."

Rachel and Winter looked like they were about ready to punch Ruby.

"No thanks. I don't hang out with the shallow popular kids. I like hanging out with people who aren't snobbish."

Ruby looked like she might blow. She started to say something, but then stormed away.

"Do you want some ice for that burn?" Winter called after her.

They all started laughing again.

"High five," Rachel said while giving Winter a high five.

"She's in all of my morning classes," Adrien said after Ruby was out of ear shot, "and she's been flirting with me all morning." He made a face of disgust.

Winter laughed at his expression and answered, "Yeah, pretty much. She's known for flirting with all of the new guys."

"There's even a rumor that she was raped by the quarterback of the football team," Rachel said slyly.

"I don't think that it's called rape if she enjoys it," Winter said, trying hard to keep a strait face. They all started laughing. Liz fell backwards out of her chair. Adrien asked if she was okay, but she was laughing so hard that she couldn't answer back, so they took that as a yes.

Once they had stopped laughing, Adrien asked if any of them had science next. "Winter does," Rachel said with a smirk.

Winter gave her the death glare, "I can show you were it is if you'd like," she said.

Adrien smiled at her. "That would be great!" he said as he got up to dump his tray by the garbage cans.

As Winter was about to get up, Rachel told her, "Be careful, Ruby's been watching Adrien closer than a hawk does it's prey."

"Now that's just offending to hawks."

Rachel shook her head. "Have fun with your new friend." She smirked again. Obviously she was still going to tease Winter about having a crush on Adrien.

Once Winter caught up with Adrien, he started asking questions. "How old are you?"

"14."

"What's your favorite colors?"

"Silver and black."

"How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?"

Winter looked at him strangely and started laughing. "I'll only answer real question. Not ones that you can hardly even say." They had stopped at Adrien's locker already and were now at her's so that she could get her books.

Adrien, who had just stopped laughing asked, "Okay, soooooo do you have a ...." He mumbled at the last part.

"Do I have a what?" Winter asked. She had a feeling that she knew the answer already though.

Du Du Du! Cliffhanger! (Sorry. I had to do that)
