"Yoojung!! Come here" my mother yells my name from her bedroom which I right beside mine. Like chill out! I'm right beside you.
I walk to my mothers room
"Yea eomma?"
"Here, the dress your wearing. Jaelyn will curl your hair and do your make up" she handed me the dress I was gonna wear. It was a nice fine, slim mint green dress. It went up to my knees, showing my back and low cut on my chest. Is this even okay in Korea? What if I get a arrested?

I was all dolled up and shit, I felt uncomfortable. Going out in public like this.... jinjja eomma? Jinjja?
I went to my eommas room to show her how I looked.
"Do I look okay?"
"Areumdaun! Areumdaun!! Hwa jang jal ba jut da." She clapped her hands and smiled
"Thank you~ now can you please tell me why we're going to a restaurant?"
"No. I can't! It won't be a surprise to you, your brother and the other families son! Go get your jacket, we're gonna leave now"
I sighed and walked out to grab my jacket and purse.
I wore some pearl white high heels, it was a pretty decent outfit I could say.
"Come one Yoojung and Kris! We're gonna be late." My father hollered
I ran downstairs. I ankle burned, what a fail. My brother just laughed at me.
"Shut up horse face!"
I got into the car
"Now yoojung, your not gonna like the surprise when we tell you!"
"Just stop telling me about the darn surprise! Your making me more suspicious!"
My parents went quiet. My appa was driving...

We finally got to the restaurant. 15 minutes later... we all sat with a family that I've never seen before. These are my parents workers and I don't know about any of them? Weird?
"Where's your son?" My eomma asked Mrs. Jung
"He's com-, oh wait he's right there" she replied and pointed to her son.
He was good looking I should say. Caramel orange-ish hair. He had some shades on, bape jacket and black jeans with blue converse. I dressed like this while he's dressed like that? In casual clothes.... I sighed.

He sat down beside his eomma
"Okay, Mrs. Jung are you ready to tell them the news?" My eomma looked at me then at mrs. Jung's son then back at me again.
"Yes. Son, I'd like you to meet Lee Yoojung!"
"Hey, what's up?" Mrs. Jung hit him softly. She shook her head
"Anyways Yoojung. this is my son, Jung Hoseok"
"Nice to meet you" I faked a smile to Hoseok
"Now this is the real news...." my eomma took a deep breath..
"...me and Mrs. Jung planned this out 2 years ago. We thought this time of the year would be a great time! We agreed when you two both reached the age of 18, you'd both get married." She smiled. I choked on my own tongue, My brothers jaw dropped to the ground. Hoseok froze, his eyes widened, "to her?" He pointed to me. I don't know if it was suppose to be rude or surprised. I couldn't tell. I couldn't read his expression or the tone of his voice.
"Yes Hoseok!" Mrs. Jung spoke
"The wedding will be the 28th.. 3 days from now!" My eomma shot it out like a gun, fast and loud.
I was mad, but I didn't want to express it. I wanted to deny it! I couldn't. It's arranged... my eomma would be mad at me until I find my own man, which will be never!
My eomma would hate me until I die.

I was laying in my bed, rethinking my entire existence. I was still shocked.....
I couldn't believe the wedding is in 3 days. I couldn't believe what I heard at the restaurant.
I don't know if I was hearing things or it was true.
I wanted everything to end there, but no. My eomma walked in.
"Hey sweetie.. me and you gotta go and find a wedding dress, right now"
"Can't we go tomorrow?"
"No, sorry. This is the only time Mrs. Jung is available from now to the wedding. Get your jacket and shoes on we're leaving. End of conversation" she spoke and walked out, frustrated.
I was about to lose it with my mother. I wanted to rip my hair out of my head... I wanted to pull the trigger! I just remembered I don't have a gun at hand...
