Over the next couple days, Everything was spaced. People from the other houses had nothing to do with each other.Me, Hannah, and a new girl we had met Alice, had gotten along quite nicely. It wasn't until the first week, when finally, we could all meet up. I was walking around, when I saw Hannah in the Quidditch field, reading her Potions book. I was about to walk up, but saw Kate walk over too, and decided to duck to the ground and listen.
"Hi Hannah! What are you reading?" Asked Kate, glancing at Hannah's book.
"MY FAVORITE SUBJECT,POTIONS" Hannah screamed.
"Cool!" Kate took out her notebook and started drawing Hannah reading her book.
"How has your day been?"
"Oh the usual, boring class, Slytherin Bullies, you know?"
I gasped. Kate was getting picked on? How come she never told me?
"I'll be sure to tell them my friends are off limits." Hannah said, continuing to read.
"Oh no, it's okay, it doesn't bother me!" Kate insisted.
I decided to come over, and I sat down next to them.
"Hey guys." I choked out.
"SLYTHIA!" Kate said excitedly, ran up to hug me. I. Don't. Do. Hugs.
"Oh yeah, no thanks." I said, awkwardly pushing Kate off.
In the distance, we all see Alice walking over.
"Oh Kate! I want you to meet Alice!" I said, standing up.
"Hi" Alice said, shyly.
Suddenly, Luthar comes running in, and sat down by Hannah.
"CAT!" Alice said, and ran away.
I chuckled. How can someone be afraid of cats? Suddenly there was a voice behind me.
"LESTRANGE!" said a voice.
I turned around, to see Charlotte.
"Oh hey Ashy!" I said, weakly. Ugh, now is not the time, if you're going to speak, don't bring up anything about...what happened before. Oh Slythia, she can't hear you you're saying this in your head.
"Who's this?" Kate, and Hannah said at the same time.
"Oh guys, this is Charlotte."
Charlotte put her hand out.
"Sup!"
The two other girls just stared.
"Uh, Charlotte here was raised by Muggles."
Charlotte's hand was still out.
"Yeah okay, didn't want to shake your guyses hands anyways." Charlotte implied, offended.
Kate looked down turning red again.
