A/N: This song was origanally a poem. I let one of my teacher's read the poem and she told me it had a "musical sound to it" and that I should make it a song. I have no idea what I was thinking when I wrote it. Probably something about how much people really need to stop judging other people.

Look into my heart
And there you'll see
The brokeness and scars
You've made of me
Never once in my life
Have I been called weak
But all your stupid names
Have made my outlook bleak
I hope one day we find
That rejection's merely power
One day we won't be so blind
One day we won't be so sour
One day we'll except our fate
Too bad it's one day too late
I gave up on crying
I gave up on fear
I gave up on trying
After all these years
But why should I suffer
When you're the one who lies
Why should I cover
All my pain that's inside
I hope one day we find
That rejection's merely power
One day we won't be so blind
One day we won't be so sour
One day we'll except our fate
Too bad it's one day too late
So open your eyes
And let them inside
It's okay to be Real
It's okay to feel
I hope one day we find
That rejection's merely power
One day we won't be so blind
One day we won't be so sour
One day we'll except our fate
Too bad it's one day too late
So don't make it too late

PoetrySo, these are the lyrics to most of the songs I've ever written. I'm a huge music nerd. And I never stop writing. People are always telling me I should show other people this, and maybe one day you'll hear me sing. But, for now, just read the lyrics...
