Hiatus-

Days Go By...

Disclaimer: I asked Kishimoto-san to sell me Naruto. This is what happened.

*phone ringing- someone picks up from the other side*

Kishi: hello

Me: hello!

Kishi: who is this and what do you want?

Me: well, they call me The Pink haired Minato Senpai, and I was calling to see if you wanna sell Naruto to me.

Kishi: sorry, no, I'm afraid I can't do tha...."

Me: aw! Why not!? Just name your price, any amount. I'll make you rich.

Kishi: umm, okay. 10 million US dollars.

*my mouth drops - well, Kishi is a money face*

Me: umm, how about US$0.05?

*Phone line was cut off*

Me: hello? *sigh* too bad he didn't want that 5 cents. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! He just missed his luck. Eh! I tried!

Chapter 9

Two weeks have recently passed and everyone had gone back to normal. That is, if they were even considered normal.

For the past two weeks, all of them had been on library duty during lunch break. It was fun to say, but it was also akward that Hinata was there with them. On one particular day, Naruko shared a special moment with Sasuke.

Naruko was sorting books with Sasuke, Ino and Sakura while Hinata was just sitting down on a chair relaxing and was on her phone doing nothing. She was trying to reach a shelf that was too high for her to put the books in. She could have used the ladder but Sakura was currently using that. Sasuke was close by and was watching her, smiling, finding it amusing that Naruko was struggling with their work.

After about 2 minutes watching her-not that he is a stalker or anything- he finally decided to help her.

Naruko was now getting tired when suddenly she felt someone strong lean from behind her and took the book from her to put it in its rightful place on the shelf. She slowly turned around and her face met with a persons neck, and the scent was an addicting scent that she couldn't resist but to snuggle in that persons neck, Sasuke could have sworn that he heard her purr. Sasuke let Naruko snuggle to him for a while being amused by it, until he couldn't take anymore and chuckled not able to contain it.

Naruko finally heard the chuckle and stepped away from the person, and when she looked at said person, she realized it was Sasuke. She blushed pink and red from embarrassment.

"Sorry, Sasy."- Naruko

"Its fine, I was actually amused"- Sasuke

"Oh shut up! You.. y-you smell n-nice thats all" Naruko said and then went hurriedly somewhere while Sasuke whisper-yelled to her.

"Thanks, foxy! You can snuggle on me anytime!"- Sasuke. He looked behind him in the corner to see Sakura and Ino giggling and he smirked. He turned to go and finish his task walking smuggly when something tripped him. He groaned and got up from the floor to see Kiba running away indicating that Kiba was the one who tripped him. He scowled. He'll get that mutt back.

Speaking of Kiba, he and Sasuke are on speaking terms again. Sasuke apologized for acting the way he acted, and Kiba explained that Naruko is just like a little sister to him. They made up and everything was okay, until Kiba teased him for liking Naruko, to which Sasuke denied-, he still can't figure out his feelings. Of course this lead to Kiba threatening him despite Sasuke denial, that if he hurt Naruko, Sasuke will be dead before he even said 'tomatoes'.

Also during those two weeks, Sasuke had been waiting for Naruko and taking her home everyday after her two hours detention. The first hour Naruko has detention with Hinata, Ino and Sakura, and the second hour Naruko has cafe duty with Hinata. Sasuke didn't know how those two can work together.

During the first week of the cafe duty, they were fine, nothing happened. It was during the second week on one particular afternoon that Naruko had entered the car wet and covered in food, complaining. Other than that, nothing else happened. Just one more week of cafe duty for Naruko and then she completes her punishment.

Sasuke for the past two weeks, on the third period, have been skipping and hanging out on the roof with Shikamaru. They sometimes just sat in silence and watched the clouds or they talked about certain things. Sasuke noticed that Shikamaru was smarter than he looked. The male was lazy, but he was really, really smart. He was glad that he met someone like Shika, he was a cool dude.

On other things, Itachi is still annoying as ever. But one thing that surprised Sasuke was that Itachi had a girlfriend. Her name is Konah. She had purple hair and beautiful orange-golden eyes. She was in the same year as Itachi, along with his other friends.

Neji is as determined as ever. Before no one has the talent or courage to compete with him. He was good in academics, the best in sports and above all, he was the most handsome in his year with more than half the female population as his fangirls.

That was until Sasuke came. He, not only took more than half of Neji's fangirls, but also is better in academics than Neji. The only thing Sasuke cannot best Neji at is sports.

Neji and Sasuke were now known throughout the whole school as rivals. Neji takes this rivalry as a means to show Sasuke that he is the best.

Another week has passed and NARUTO was finally done with her detentions. She was glad to say the least.

Now it was Monday and everyone was busy whispering in the hallways. News of a few new transfer students were roaming around. Some were excited while others, not so much.

Among the latter, was Neji. And he will just about find it the hard way, that he will become second best at sports as well.... To one of the new students.

Uh.... Sorry for the filler chapter. I finally updated :) . Sorry for taking so long.
