Dear stupid diary,

So my mom bought me this stupid notebook. She's saying that writing down my feelings might make it easier to start a new school. So that's what I'm doing.

I start my second year of high school tomorrow. To say I'm nervous would be an understatement.

Also, Alex came out to our mom yesterday. They went out shopping today, just the two of them because Alex was an emotional mess. Mom is really accepting of me, so I'd be really surprised if she didn't accept him. But Alex was still really scared, since he's adopted, and therefore thought she'd disown him or something. That didn't happen of course. Alex's a lot less nervous about starting a new school now that he knows mom loves and accept him.
