Dear stupid diary,
First day of school was interesting.
Alexander followed me around like a lost puppy whenever we didn't have class. I don't mind though, he's my little brother.
I also met two boys called, John Laurens and Hercules Mulligan. They're in my year, so we have most of our classes together.
Alex has been talking about John ever since we came home. I think he's got a crush on the guy.
All in all, New York isn't as bad as I thought I'd be.
