The day we met

Chapter two

"Sorry I sassed you. And have you told him yet." I pull back.
"It's alright Lou." I say as I shake my head indicating I hadn't. He gives me a knowing look. But I brush it off.
"Daddy I'm gonna go hang with the boys for a few hours, I'll be back later ok?" I ask and he nods. Louis takes me to his room and the rest of the boys are all watching TV.
"GUYS MY BEST FRIEND/ SISTER IS HERE!!" Louis screams as soon as we enter, bursting my ear drums. I giggle and the boys stampede towards me.
"LEXXXYYYYY!!!" They all shout. In the matter of seconds I'm in a One Direction sandwich. I laugh and they let go. I texted them all everyday, but I wasn't as close to them as I am with Lou. He's the brother I've never had.
"Hey guys." I giggle and after another 30 seconds they all let go. We sit down in the lounge and since there's no seats I sit on Louis lap. He laughs shaking his head and I smile back. I see Zayn give Louis daggers but I brush it off.
"There's something different about you. I know there is but I just don't know what. Your still short as hell, your blue eyes are the same, you've been dying your hair red for a long time. Oh i know you lost weight. Even though you were perfectly skinny before." Liam rants and I look down. Louis knows about my mom just not.... Him. He's the one who did this to me. Louis gives me a questioning look and stands up with me in his arms bridal style.
"We will be right back boys. This little lady has some explaining to do." Louis says and I cover my face with my hair. He takes me into his room and puts me on his bed. He sits down next to me and gives me a knowing look. "Explain." He says and I start.
Zayns POV
Lexy and Louis have been in there a long time. I need to stop worrying about her, Louis's her best friend I can't change that. No one knows about my crush on Lexy. It's why I am with Perrie. (A/N I do NOT have anything against Perrie. She is a great girl and is lucky to be with Zayn. It's just for this story).To get over Lexy but it's just impossible. With those gorgeous blue eyes, and her beautiful light brown hair(even though shes been dying it red.) She's like Louis twin literally, she looks almost exactly like him. We got a DNA test on them once, they aren't siblings but if you didn't know them, and saw how close they are you would think they are twin brother and sister. They come out as the boys are arguing over what movie we watch. I must of zoned out thinking about Lexy. I turn my head and look at the other lads, and Liam is staring at me. He motions towards his room and I nod. We go into his room and sit down.
"You like Lexy. Don't you?" He asks me and I put my head down. He knows he's right because I don't say anything. "If you like Lexy why are you with Perrie?" He asks and I look up at him.
"I don't just like her Liam, I love her. I thought dating someone else would get my mind off of her but it hasn't. I'm gonna break up with Perrie because I can't lead her on like this. It's not fair to her. And it's not fair to me. I can tell that she's only into this because of fame and because she thinks I'm in it." I explain and he nods.
"Yeah I get it. Now when are you going to do it? Because I can tell Lexy likes you too. But she thinks that your not into her. I can see it in her eyes." He tells me and I smile. Knowing that the girl I love likes me back is a great feeling.
"I don't know, I know it will be soon." I respond and he nods. We walk back out and they are sitting down ready to watch the movie they chose. I sit next to Lexy and Liam takes the last seat between Niall and Harry, Niall of course with a bag of crisps in one hand and a cupcake in his other. Wait cupcake?? I want one!!!
"Where did you get that cupcake?? I want one!!" I say and he bolts out the door. I realize that cupcake was the one I had in the fridge for tomorrow. I bolt after him and catch him after about 20 minutes of running around.
"YOU'VE ALREADY EATEN IT!!" I scream and he smile. I sit back in my seat and sulk. Lexy hugs me and I pretend to cry into her shoulder. She rubs my back whispering sweet nothings in my ear to make it look real. Louis is the only other one that knows it's fake but no one else does. "That was the last one she made me before I left." I cry and Lexy tenses.
"Who?" She asks.
"My mum, I visited her for a while. W-we made cupcakes tog-gether. It was the last o-one." I pretend to hiccup. Lexy relaxes again and I "burst out crying" again. Everyone is quiet.
"I think I-I should g-go to be-ed, I'll just cry through out the mov-vie." I say and Lexy leads me to my room. I burst out again but this time in laughs and she giggles a little.
"I'm gonna go "yell" at Niall now, you sleep tight Zayn, ok?" She says kissing my forehead. I just realize how tired I am and I nod. She leaves the room and I strip into my boxers. I can hear Lexy shouting out into the living room but I don't know what she says. I then fall asleep with the girl that drives me crazy on my mind. Lexy.
