Chris

I walked up to the door, slowly. My coat pulled tightly across my body.
It was a very cold night in LA and I was on my way to some party my friend Lea, wanted me to go to.
Knocking loudly so, I would be heard over the booming noise of music, I waited.
A guy dressed in a black leather jacket and white washed ripped jeans, came out.
"Hello?", he asked, clearly confused.
Trying to gather up as much courage as possible ( due to the fact he was staring ), I replied calmly: "I'm Chris, is Lea Michele here?"
The guy didn't respond, just smirked.
After a few minutes, he said: "Yep, she's here. Most likely at the bar but, I don't think you're gonna see her tonight".
"Why?"
"Cause, she's busy"
"Oh okay, tell her that I was here. I guess I'll be going now. Thanks."
Then, he shook his head and laughed.
"Why are ya going? You just got here. Might as well stay..."
"You sure?"
"I insist"
So, I followed him into his apartment and he introduced me to all his friends.
"I'm assuming you know: Overstreet, Riley, Michele, and Salling?, he asked, gesturing to: Chord, Amber, Lea, and Mark.
"Yeah, I do"
"Alright, ya good to go?"
"Um almost, what's your name?"
He looked at me, then whispered quietly.
"Darren. I'm Darren Criss."
My knees felt like they were going to give way, as I replied: "Okay, mine's Chris. Chris Colfer."
"Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Colfer", he told me, smiling.
The sound of my heartbeat was very audible probably but, Darren didn't seem to notice.
He was too busy raking over my body, with his eyes.
"Nice body you got there, Mr. Colfer"
"Um thanks, Darren"
"Call me, Mr. Criss"
I was about to nod when, Lea came walking over from the bar.
She looked worried.
"Hey, Lea"
"Hi, Chris"
"Having fun?"
"Yes. Chris?"
"What is it?"
"Be careful, okay? You're only 22, I wouldn't want you getting hurt!"
"Lea, I'm fine. It's not like I'm 18 or something!"
She sighed.
"Okay, just be careful. Got it?"
"Yep"
Seeming to think that I was going to be okay, she took off back to the bar.
That's when Darren, appeared in front of me.
"Enjoying yourself, Mr. Colfer?"
"Yes very, thanks"
"Had a drink yet?"
"No, I better not. Drove over here. Don't wanna be in an accident, later."
"One drink, won't make you drunk Chris, please?"
"Maybe later, Darren"
He shrugged his shoulders in defeat, then grinned, mischievously.
"Wanna get outta here?"
I thought then, of Lea's warning.
Should I go with this guy, I barely knew?
Or should I just stay behind?
"W-Where w-would w-we g-go?", I stammered.
He smirked.
My room, obviously".
And then, I did something, I thought I'd never do.
I said: "Okay".
