Life of an Antisocial bookworm

Chapter 1

                 

"GIGI!" called, scratch that more like, shouted Kina

Oh god what did I do now?

"Coming" I called out

"What did you do to my bracelet?"

You see it all started when I thought it was a good idea (when I was younger) to cut my sister's bracelet, so every time something bad happens to her things the first person she comes to is me; thinking I did it.

"I swear it wasn't me"

Great she's mad at me. Well I don't care so I'm just going to get back to reading. I honestly adore reading, I actually didn't love reading as a child, I just started reading let's say about a year ago when my sister introduced me to Wattpad. After reading for about an hour, I got up, brushed my teeth, got in the shower while jamming to Wild Things by Alessia Cara, I love her music; she's amazing. After getting out of the shower I went to pick my clothes out for the day and I came up with a cream crop top that has flowers with high-waisted black shorts. Kissed my mum good bye and got in the car.

"What time did you sleep last night" I asked my dad

"11:00"

"Oh okay"

I asked him because he used to sleep at 1:00am as we had a restaurant so sometimes he can't sleep and I keep telling him to try because if he sleeps at 11:00 and wakes up at 6:00am to drop me, it's not good as he barely gets any sleep. The rest of the car ride was quiet. As we got to school I got out while throwing a bye to my dad. My dad's pretty chilled out and that's what I mostly love about him. Like we argue about who my mum belongs to; she's obviously mine, I mean I've known her all my life while my dad's just known her half of his life so I win ;) and I don't have to worry about being all formal with my family.

There I stood outside looking at the car park of Saint east High, telling myself I get through this year without any problems.

'Let's do this" I whispered to no one in particular, making my way towards the school

"Hey Gigi" my friend Selena said

"Hi Selena" I said giving her a hug

I sat down waiting for my best friend, while reading the Fault In Our Stars for the fifth time. I can't help it; Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace are goals.

                 

"BOO"

I spun as fast as the wind, to come face to face with my idiot of a best friend rolling on the floor laughing her head off.

"I hate you" I said turning around and walking to my locker to put my books and get to class before the teacher does.

"Oh come on, I'm sorry but you should've seen your face, it was hilarious, you were so scared" she said cracking up again like the idiot she is.

But finally composed herself after about 10 minutes. We made our way towards our classroom; luckily all our classes are the same except from Math and English. The rest of the day was blur, the bell finally decided to ring making me jump out of my seat, I hoped no one saw that while getting to the car park but I guess God had other plans because I soon saw my cousin looking at me and laughing. I got in the car looking at him while laughing myself too because I could actually visualize it J but soon I told him to stop.

"How was your day?" I asked my dad

He scrunched his face as a sign that it was fine; I nodded, I can finally read, I thought to myself.

After getting home I threw my backpack on the floor and threw myself on the bed shortly after. 

I woke up by the sound of my sister calling, scratch that, shouting at me for being anti-social, like let me live my life as I please but serious first she says I don't read so I start reading and then she says I don't have a life just because I read the whole day, she seriously is annoying L

I ignore her, and start taking my diary out of my bag to check what homework I have to do, after I saw what school work I have, I gathered my books and settled down on the dining room as I like studying there, I guess I'm just used to it. If you were wondering where my sister was... she was still there screaming her head off, luckily after 30 short (note the sarcasm) minutes she finally realized that I didn't care so she just walked away to her room.

"I'm finally done" I whispered to no one in particular after 2 hours of gruesome school work

Packing my school bag for the next day, I got in the shower jamming to Cold Water by Justin Bieber and changed into my pjs

"I would jump right into cold cold water for you" I sang off beat, while tucking myself under my covers.

After finishing cold water, I calmed myself (it took about 10 minutes) I recited my prayers while doing that my eyes were getting heavy so I let myself drown into the darkness
