Lexi's POV
Me: Cait...
Caitlen: yeah?
Me: I, I have a surprise for you, but you have I to blind fold you first
Caitlen: ooohh, it is a good surprise though?
Me: I think you'll really like it
after a short chat I was able to blindfold her. I walked her up to Harry's house and stopped
Caitlen: are we here yet? do I get my surprise now?!
Me: one sec
I rang the doorbell and Harry opened the door. I placed my finger on my lip indicating him to keep quite. he nodded and walked me to his living room. I saw all the others there. Zayn and Niall both looked pissed but it slowly turn to confused when we walked in. I took a sigh and unfolded the blind fold. Caitlen looked around the room then at me.
Caitlen: what the hell?! why are we here?
Harry: we wanted you guys to make up again and you guys can't do that by yourselves so we decided to make that happen instead
he gave them all cheeky grins afterwards
Zayn: so you think putting us all in the same room will help anything?
Caitlen: I agree with Zayn, it's not gonna help anything
Zayn: I didn't need you to agree
he snapped back at her.
Liam: Zayn, chill, yelling isn't going to help either. And we actually wanted to split you up and talk to you each alone then get you guys to talking again.
Zayn: well your plans not going to work because I don't like talking to bitches
did I mention I really hate it when people swear? I really envy swearing
Caitlen: who you calling a bitch
her anger was rising and he knows it
Zayn: I'm calling you a bitch Cait! Your the bitch here, B-I-T-C-H!
it was silent until a single tear fell down her face. she closed her eyes and other tears fell down. she turned her head to the side and whispered quietly
Caitlen: ca-can you please tell me what I did wrong? you guys, yo-you never even told me what I did
I rubbed her back trying to hid in my own tears. Louis ran up and hugged her
Louis: sissy, you did absolutely nothing wrong. It's the boys fault
Liam: Niall, Zayn, Caitlen, we were going to tell you this separately, but I think it's best if we all talk together now
Harry: Liam's right, we have too. And Niall, I know you might be embarrassed letting her know but it's the only way you guys can be friends again
Niall: NO! I'm not letting her know and no one is going to tell her!
Liam: we have too!
we all looked at Niall including Zayn. Niall punched the seat he was sitting on then went to sit in the corner. Liam looked at him again and sighed
Liam: take a seat
us two then sat down and Liam kept going
Liam: Well, you always wanted to know why the two are mad at you right?
Caitlen: yeah
Liam: ....I really don't know what to say, Lex can you tell her?
Me: What? me?
Liam: please, I know Harry wont do it and Lou's not really good at explaining
Louis looked like he was about to protest but then stayed quiet. Caitlen looked at me with pleading eyes and it felt impossible to say no
Me:...fine
Liam: thanks
Me: well, I guess this all started the day I came over last week. erm, remember when Niall was saying something about a girl at the beginning?
Caitlen: yeah
Lexi: well he was talking about you
She looked at Niall and he turned away. Even if we can't see his face, I knew he was blushing
Liam: carry on
Me: okay, then when we went upstairs and talked about stuff, the boys overheard part of our talk.
Caitlen turn a bit pink probably because she knows they knew she liked Zayn
Me: I'm guessing you know what they heard. Well then Niall got jealous of Zayn and got mad at you. That's the main reason why this all happened
she took a while taking it all in and then asked
Caitlen: then why is Zayn mad at me
Harry: He's mad at you cuz Niall's mad at him cuz of you
'oh' was all that she could say. It was really awkward for a while but Niall spoke up
Niall: Look Caitlen, I'm so sorry for what I did. I know I was a jerk and I was really dum. Your probably always going to be mad at me, and I know you don't feel the same way but can we atleast be friends again?
He had a few tears stream down his face but quickly wiped them off. She walked up to him and gave him a big bear hug
Caitlen: Niall I can never stay mad at you and I miss having you around.
They hugged even harder and it would be even cuter if they were a couple. I noticed that Zayn was still quiet and Harry noticed too
Harry: Dude Niall isn't mad at you any more, every things back to normal, why you still so down
everyone turned there attention to Zayn
Zayn: just cuz Niall isn't mad at her any more doesn't mean I want to talk to her
Louis stood up and turned to Zayn
Louis: Zayn, you know what, in this situation I haven't spoke a lot and you guy might even think that I don't care, but I was so pissed at both of you. Stop being such an arse Zayn! Do you know that everything you say really hurts Caitlen! She has liked you ever since she saw you. Ever since you started being like this Caitlen would always cry in her sleep!
Zayn looked at Caitlen for a while and picked up his jacket and ran out the door
Niall: I'll follow him
Me: no, I'll go
Niall: but I want to
Liam: Niall she should go. He might still be a bit mad at you and she will know what to say
Liam gave me a quick nod and I ran to catch up with Zayn. I saw a shadow in the corner and followed it. The shadow lead to a small beach. It was him. I walked slowly to him and sat down next to him.
Me: Look Zayn, I know you barely know me and don't want to talk. But can you tell me what's wrong?
Zayn: why do you even care?
he said looking out at the ocean
Me: well to start off I want Caitlen to be happy, and second that night when I came over, you seemed really nice and I wanna make new friends here
Zayn: *sigh* you want to know the truth?
I nodded my head. He hesitated for a while but told me what I'd never expect
Zayn: what if I told you I also loved Caitlen?
