Us humans can be so damn needy
We allow ourselves to be enslaved by the greedy
They chase after something until they get enough
Leaving it to dry, evaluating decisions
"Where did I go wrong ?" Says this being
Destroyed by the fake
And the thoughts of what once was their reality
Missing it but don't know how to act on it
So they stand still
Motionless
Tune out the world, and use the loss of their mind as an excuse to stop living
