Mckenzies pov;

*skipping to the auditions*
today was the day of the dance auditions and I couldn't wait to perform I'm feeling really confident about today we have practiced non stop I just hope we impress Max and Harvey. I was getting ready then I got a text.

'The girls'

Laylay🌞- hey guys you ready for today! All of our hard work I'm so pumped!

Cora🦄- Same here I can't wait I'm so ready!

Me- IM STOKED! Let's go kick butt💗

Laylay🌞- YASS girl that's the spirit! Well I got to go see y'all in advisory!💕

Layla's pov;

*skipping to the end of school because it's 3am and I'm too lazy*

when I got home I packed my bag with all my dance stuff and I ate a banana ( no, not in the dirty way. But by me saying it probably just made it dirty ; whoops 😂 )
and some toast. My mom walked into the house and gave me a hug. She told me that she was gonna change and that she would drive me to auditions. I finished eating and put my plate in the sink. My mom finished and grabbed the car keys and asked if I was ready. I got my bag and threw my hair up into a cute high messy pony tail. I got into the car and we listened to music on my way there we stopped at Mckenzies house because we had to pick her up. Me and her were talking to my mom about what happened at the mall and about what's happening at auditions today.

When we got to the school my mom dropped us off and told us good luck. When we got there we signed in and sat out in a line like we did the first time. It wasn't long before we were up there about to perform the third judge had to use the restroom so me Cora and Mckenzie just stood up there. I was getting really nervous and I couldn't stop shaking I guess max noticed because he came up to me and started to calm me down. He told me I don't need to worry and just dance my heart out, he told me it would be amazing anyway. When the third judge got back max hugged me and told me good luck. I saw Harvey staring at us while we hugged he seemed a little upset, so I smiled at him and gave him a thumbs up and he did the same back.

After we finished everyone clapped max was writing down notes while Harvey was staring at me. I smiled at him and he smiled back and mouthed 'dayummm that was really good' I let out a small giggle and mouthed 'thanks' . After that I felt a lot more confident about our performance!

*skip to end of auditions*

after the auditions I went home and feel asleep.

*the next morning*( p.s it's Saturday)

I woke up to the sound of my annoying phone waking me up. I checked my phone to see who it was. It was max!

Max🔥- hey guys I was just wondering if y'all wanted to catch a movie later today?

you know those days where you are just so out of it you don't feel well and you don't want to talk to anyone. Because I felt like today was one of those days.
I got another notification, it was the rest of them saying they could go.
