"I don't understand Caleb if Toby's Dad is dead then Hanna can come home" I say to Caleb my cheeks stained with my tears he looks at me with a frown "Spencer no one wants her home more than I do but we both know that. But this isn't over this if far from over Toby's Dad is head which. Someone killed him and there is a very good chance that it was Hanna" I nod looking down at the ground before looking back up to see Toby walking into the house "Babe..." I call out but he ignores us walking straight up stairs I turn to Caleb "I'll be right back" He nods standing up to walk into the kitchen while I quickly head upstairs. I walk past the twins room seeing them playing with their toys before I quickly walk into mine and Toby's room. "Babe what's happened?" I ask closing the door behind me and grabbing his hand twining our fingers together. "I-I had to see his body Spencer" He whispers tears falling down his soft cheeks "H-He was stabbed multiple times in the chest that's how he died" I wrap my arms around him holding him close "I'm sorry Toby" I kiss his cheek softly "He hurt you but he was still you're father" His arms wrap tighter around my waist "I love you baby" I blush reaching up wiping his tears away "I love you too"

As I stand in the Police station I wait for Luke as I have arranged to see him "Spencer" I hear his rough deep voice from behind me I turn around facing him "Hey Luke" I mumble following him into his office where I sit across from him where he sits at his desk. "What can I do for you?" He asks running a hand through his hair "You have to re open the case please it is killing Toby. Although he'll never forgive his dad he still wants to know who killed him" Luke sighs heavily running a hand through his short hair "Spencer it's out of my hands I can't my boss wants this case done we've been on it for months. Once we have more evidence then we'll re open it but it's out of my hands" I reach over grabbing his hand "Toby's your best friend you know how much this is killing him" Luke looks down at my hand holding his and let's go his eyes darting back up to mine "I know and that's why I have to step away from the case. He is my best friend Spencer yes but there is more too it now..." He sighs rubbing the back of his neck "And that is?" I ask raising an eyebrow he looks at me taking a deep breathe "You need to leave Spencer this was a mistake" He says quickly standing up from his seat and leaving the room without another word.

"Mummy!" Avery and Violet shout with joy as I walk into the house quickly bending down hugging them tightly. "My beautiful girls" I kiss their cheeks before letting them go as they hurry back upstairs "Hey babe" Toby walks towards me kissing my cheek "Hey" I softly mutter "Where's Caleb?" I ask leaning against the kitchen counter "Back to the Hotel he's been here for the most of the day he wanted some time alone" I nod leaning forward kissing his cheek "I've just gotta head back out for a while I'm catching up with mum" He nods smiling softly before hugging me tightly "I'll see you when you get back okay?" I nod forcing a smile kissing him "I'll be back soon"

"Jesus christ!" Luke shouts as he walks into his office shouting in surprise when he see's me "We needed to talk and you weren't answering my phone calls" He nods closing the door behind him sitting on the edge of his desk facing me. His wraps his muscular arms around his chest his black hair cut short "What so you want?" He asks I step closer "You know why i'm here Luke, What's happened that now there's more too it?" He stays quiet for a few moments before speaking "You wanna know what's changed Spencer?" He asks in a low voice I nod "I'm in love with you"
